  10 PM on a Saturday night and I was locked out of my car for an hour and a 1/2 with my phone locked inside and the engine running. Finally found a good samaritan that would call a towing company for me!! Spoke with Cody and he said he would be there in 30 minutes.
  
  Less than 20 minutes later Cody showed up and had my car unlocked in under 2 minutes. He was extremely professional and compassionate! He didn't gouge me either their prices are honest and fair!
  
  This is now my preferred towing company GUARANTEED should I ever find myself in another predicament with my vehicle!!!

  Im a new motorcycle rider and drained my battery and got stranded. I called serenity towing and literally had the owner of the tow company out 10 minutes later to jump my motorcycle. He was extremely friendly and also gave me pointers for safety and riding, as well as tools to carry on me. He was extremely helpful and communicative. I was blown away at the level of service. I feel like with tow truck drivers you’re usually at their mercy and this felt much more like customer service and human kindness

  There service was amazing they showed up early for their scheduled time. Cody the driver was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He took the time to ensure that we were in a safe location and had a ride to where we needed to go. My vehicle was delivered to where in needed to go in a timely manner and was handle professionally. I would and have recommended Serenity Towing to my friends and family.

  My cars tire popped and I didn’t have the right spare to put on it, but Serenity towing was there to save the day! Cody my tow truck driver was wonderful and super sweet! He called me to give me an estimated time on when he would be there and he was pretty far away but he got there really quick! He was very fast and efficient and got my car to the tire shop quickly!
  I really appreciate Serenity towing and Cody!

  Cody was amazing. Punctual suits him best!!!Great customer service
  and made my dad feel comfortable during the tow. He is very experienced and knowledgable on many vehicles. I would definitely use Serenity Towing again and refer them as well. Cody, Thank you for being so patient with us.
