  I walked in for a fill on acrylics they told me I would have to wait a bit which was not a problem, I was willing to wait. I waited about 30-45 minutes, I had showed one girl what I wanted and that I did not want gel. She was cool with it, I believe she said she was the owner. Another tech ended up bringing me to his station for the fill. Most unprofessional tech I have ever encountered. He never asked what I wanted. He didn't trim any length or ask if I wanted it. He had the drill turned up so high for the fill to go faster it was physically hurting and burning my nails. I told him it was hurting and pulled my hands away but he kept pulling them back to him. When it got to the painting part of my nails I showed him the design I wanted (a simple white cross nothing crazy) on black nails. He picked a random shade of black that has a weird hue to it. Never asked if looked ok, if I liked it he just painted them all quickly before I even had a chance to look at it. Once the black was on he told me they didn't do designs on regular polish only gel because if he messed up he would have to repaint the nail. Am I not paying for that service? It's one nail! Told me no, it's too much work, he won't do it. Why wait until the very end of the fill to tell me this, not to mention the first lady who was going to do them didn't have any problem with it. If he had been upfront I would have chosen a different color and scrapped the design idea. Wouldn't have been a problem but tell me BEFOREHAND.
  Another tech said she would do the design for an extra $5.
  While she was doing this the tech I had had packed his bags and was walking out the door. All this told me was he wanted quick extra money before leaving and therefore gave me a lazy and litterally painful service.

  My daughter received a sparkly gel manicure that she loves. They were great with her (she’s 5). I went for a dip manicure, and it’s wonderful! Not thick at all like it is at other places.
  
  Found my new spot after a couple bad experiences elsewhere!

  What an incredible experience! This was my first time at this place of business and I was very impressed with the welcome that I received, the quality of service and the overall friendliness of the staff. They took SERVICE to a new level when I actually received a hug from my technician Nancy, who delivered an awesome Pedicure. I had the Infinity Signature Pedicure and left there with feet that felt renewed and calluses wonderfully treated. Thank you Nancy and Infinity Nails Spa for a service that ministered to my feet and my spirit which left calmer and more energized than I came. Please keep up the good work and continue to stand out as a place of excellent customer service in an age of increasingly RARE quality and caring service.

  Thank you for such an incredible and relaxing gen pedicure. The best part was the massage and they spent their time doing it. Such a lovely walk-in appointment!

  I took my 9 year old niece today. Tina was amazing. She treated her like a queen. Katrina did a volcano pedi and a regular manicure on me. I have had terrible problems with with ingrown nails on my hands. And she didn’t shy away. And did a great job. This is my new favorite place. I will always go back here.
