  The work was done but that’s not my complaint. I were quoted around $350.00 to clean the septic tank and in the end I was charged $500.00 just for septic cleaning. Keep in mind , I have my tank cleaned every two years. In my opinion the additional charge was “tagged”on for more money because the previous company that cleaned my tank never changed me a extra charge for just cleaning the tank. …won’t use this company “Septic Blue” again.

  We absolutely loved Adam and everything he did for us. We were those people who didn’t pay attention to our septic tank until it was unavoidable (our lower floor started to have back up thorough all pipes/drains) being late at night, I called first thing in the morning. Holly completely understood my anxiety and dispatched someone right away. Adam showed up quickly, was professional, and completely transparent in the process. As easy as he could have pumped and moved on, he took the time to be thorough and find other issues, which if not fixed, could have landed us back in the same situation in matter of months. So yes it was more than the quick $225 ad for pumping but let’s be honest, it’s been at least 12 years that I know of since the tank has been touched and I appreciate him for taking the time to do it right. Completely satisfied with this company and the employees I talked to.

  My tech was Adam, he was awesome! On time and personable. Showed pictures of our tank, the before and after and was very thorough. I was worried (as with any company when you schedule maintenance) that they would find TONS of things needing repair. There were a couple finds, but he was not pushy or "salesy" he seemed genuine with the services his company provides and was done in a timely manner. Very nice, super professional and even was super chill with my aggressive chihuahua barking at him the entire time. Will definitely utilize these services again!

  We recently sold our home and the inspectors found some issues with our septic system. We contacted Septic Blue and they came out on a Sunday! Dan, the technician, came out and inspected our system and repaired everything. Dan is a great customer centric person and was very knowledgeable and explained all the details. Two thumbs up to Dan and Septic Blue! Thanks for outstanding customer service!
