This station is a good interchange stop for the Airport Line; Marcus Hook/Wilmington-Newark; and Media/Elwin Train Lines.
FYI: tokens are not accepted on SEPTA regional trains. I tried to exchange $4.75 worth of tokens and quarters to pay for my ride to Suburban Station. The ticket agent said, "No." Lesson learned.
Temple girls are easy if you grow a set and talk to them. Man up, gents, you're in college now.
Nothing quiet here
Welcome to University City. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops, and the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology in walking distance.
As with most septa transport stops, remember to stock up on tokens or have dollar bills ready; they only take exact change at turnstiles or on the bus-no they won't break your fiver.
Look for the adorable family of ground hogs that live on the hill on the outbound side.
If you need to be somewhere on TIMedo not rely on SEPTA!!!!!
Live music and food at Upenn archaeological museum on Wednesdays in the courtyard!
Don't bother talking to the SEPT employees in the ticket booth. They know nothing and they're rude. Great combination for customer service.
Students are back! So far so good, the LED sign is working.
The ticket window is never open. There's only one LED upcoming train display, and right now, it's broken.
Tons of good places to visit in the summer spring and fall for the outdoors.
There are actually a ton of food places around! It's University City! Just leave the station and walk down 34th toward Market. Tons of restaurants.
Not a fun station to be stuck at. Needs nearby food places.
