We were there solely for the casino. I've never been to Las Vegas or any "real" casino, but this definitely feels like the real thing to me. Everything is very polished and glamorous. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The gambling is fun, just don't let yourself get carried away. I'd definitely like to be able to stay at the hotel for a weekend to get the full experience.

I bought tickets to see Teresa Caputo at Hard Rock live. We showed up early to shop and eat at one of the restaurants. When we got there 95% of the stores and restaurants were closed due to renovations. The places to eat all had 3+ hours to wait. We ate in the food court which was good but it was so crowded we literally fought with people for a table. Overall the show was good but I would hold off on a visit until renovations are completed.

Well I didn't go off the reviews I went to see myself. Not sure as to if they read their reviews but they take don't give back. I understand they are under construction by wow. I left with any empty pocket. An know I won't be back. We go to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa an enjoy yourself. They do give back to some degree.

A group of 15 NO ONE got anything ever one went home broke. Everywhere I sat down people was complaining and watching no one was hitting. One man said if he didn't like loosing so much he would be having fun.
Wow crazy. Very nice casino food court was also nice. Hard Rock Cafe was a little bit high . Went to use my comp they said if the item is $6. They charge double $12. What a rip off.

I'll give it 1 star for a great Santana concert. But the casino is terrible. It started off by the parking garage the elevators did not work no signs stating its out of order there were people standing there waiting for it. Next the food court it was filthy no one cleaning the tables more tables than chairs gave my chair up to an older women who was standing at a table eating. Went to the bar next and got a rum and coke it came in a small plastic cup packed with ice and very little rum and coke $9.00 what a joke. I remember when casino's had some class not this place. Only lost $40.00 so Iam not a bitter loser

The hotel is amazing. Super comfy beds, great pillows. There's even a mini bar which is expensive as they are but I enjoyed the fact it was there. The bathtub was awesome and there is a phone next to the toilet!
The pool is amazing!! Easily one of the best parts of the hotel.
And you have to try the steak house council oak! Hands down some of the best damn food i have put in my mouth!!
And sit in the octopus chair across from check it! It's bad ass!!

Nice rooms. Great pool. If you enjoy poker then you picked the right casino. The poker room manager, Tony Burns, does a great job organizing poker tourneys for all buy-in levels. Cash games for all levels of play.

It used to be 5 stars with all of the bars and restaurants but at the moment they are under construction. Still worth a visit.

I often stay at the Hard Rock hotel, and I can say that the rooms are still clean. The service is good to great, depending on who is working that night. The food is still good. The gym is being remodeled, so right now it's just some cardiovascular machines and a few free weights. So I would say at this time the standard room is not worth the regular room rate, $150 - $200 is more accurate.

    Hard rock has fell off!!!
    What's the point???
100.00 in one machine and no win
We prefer you just charge us 10.00 to help pay for your upgrade.
You're the loser casino now. You are
Trying to get the money from us.
People don't go where the machines are rigded. Sorry hard rock there are too many casino's that let there guest win. No winners no players

Great place... Nice rooms... Beautiful pool...
But smoking is allowed in most all areas and it's difficult to find parking at night with so many people visiting the casino

I like the decor of the room and the amenities are nice. The body lotion smells like cinnamon! I had a handicap room and it had a walk on shower with shower heads on each side. It was great to get a 2 sided shower. There are some burn holes in the carpet even though this is a non smoking room. The pool area is beautiful! I love the design and the waterfalls. The kids loved the water slide. The reason the place receives 3 stars is because nearly all of the shops and restaurants outside of the casino are closed or closing. The place is undergoing a major renovation around the grounds and it looks desolate where the stores and restaurants once were.
