Excellent location for vacation or spring break. Oceanfront property but the views from the Intracoastal are amazing! Adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton on A1A a trolley ride to Las Olas shopping or the Galleria Mall

nice room with a good view. If you have family please don't bother going. Like 27 questions and rude about it. Nice hotel but I don't think anyone's going to try to break in. Horrible experience into route front desk people. Sorry I was not some Criminal

Hotel is a time share that also books as a hotel. The room is very clean and updated. We had an oceanfront View room with fabulous views. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Sits next to the Ritz. The room was quiet and comfortable. We had a king bed and couch. Also a table with 2 chairs. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed. Now the reason for only 3 stars, NO HOT WATER when we stayed. The day we were checking out, they started repairing. I would’ve given this place more stars, if it wasn’t for the lack of hot water. So if you book here, Check to see if hot water works first.

First class place. Great location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The units are very nicely designed and well equipped. Right on the beach. Staff are very good.
One negative: if I knew they charge $14/day, I would have skipped the rental car on this trip.

The best marriot, it feels like home. Staff is sweet and long term. Love the activities and the location around bars, beach and shops.

Stayed here for a family member's wedding this past weekend - stay was great, staff was friendly, environment was good, and the lobby smelled of jasmine!!

Only negative and the reason for this 4 star rating, is the elevators. The wait/amount is no sufficient for the amount of guests. Love the resort and hope to be back.

This is a great place for a stay with a family. You can rent just a room or a Suite with a full kitchen. There were not many restaurants on site, but plenty of restaurants around in the area. Parking was reasonable and even though checkout was early you were able to access the resort for the entire day. The only drawback was the horrible perfume in the lobby. Special shout-out to the concierge Jonathan and also Jasmine in the poolside bar. They were exemplary and their customer service skills

Awesome resort and extremely friendly staff. Have never experienced the level of professionalism that we received during our stay here. Great location right off the beach and close enough to walk to other shopping and restaurant. Will definitely be coming back.

Rooms are newly remodeled, clean, and modern. The view is amazing. The fitness center is clean and has a good variety of machines, all working. Location is close to all sorts of fun and activities.

They were very nice to us. The parking was separate and 14,a day. They are located right on the beach and close to all shopping and bars and restaurants. Nice extra sitting area on the top floor. Very nice for a weekend escape.

The view we had was amazing and the rooms were huge. There is a shopping center underneath the hotel with a 27/7 CVS which made it easy to get things. The beach is right across the street so there is easy access to the beach. The hotel is really clean and the people that work there are incredibly nice. Definitely going back again.

Clean and well appointed suites right across the road from the beach. Plenty of dining and entertainment options all around. We were there during Spring Break and the security was abundant making for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The "kids" staying here were having fun but considerate. A few that weren't were turfed out pronto. Nice view of inland waterway, yachts, homes etc. from the city view units. Quieter on this side too. Plus nice afternoon sun on the deck.

Loved this place. We got there way before check in time, but they were able to get our room ready and had us checked in before 10 am, which was greatly appreciated as we had a tired toddler. The room was huge and looked brand new. Hotel staff was so friendly. They also have an awesome kids play area with things for toddlers through teenagers. Also it is right across the street from the beach, not to mention there is a huge CVS below the hotel making things really convenient. Would love to return here again sometime.
