I began using Engage Advisers (HP Advisers previously) in June of 2018 so about 1.5 years towards the start of owning my dental practice. Initially I was set to start with another dental CPA, but being already scheduled with an initial call I decided to keep the appt. What made me switch was the dedication to not just discuss my accounting needs, but to evaluate where I as in the process of my practice purchase. Justin helped to strategically improve my office and start my path for success before I even signed with him. Some of the ways they helped my office were by getting me a stellar insurance negotiator who could start work just days before I was to close on my practice, as well as directing me in getting all the proper forms, etc which made my job so much easier.

They are one of the few companies who I feel manage all aspects of accounting well. Joe who keeps my books/payroll is always on point, and accessible if I have questions. Justin continuously updates my projected tax payments, and helping to create a strategy to maximize my practice potential. You also get access to a practice analysis software to better track your office performance.

I would highly recommend as they have exceeded my expectations.

billing messed up often and charged for services dating back years. Partner, Zenk, left making me question the longevity of the firm. Thought a dental specific CPA would know more about the industry but it is not the case
