The express SOS is highly inaccurate. I received a text stating I was next inline in 29 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my estimated appointment and received a txt 1 minute after my scheduled appointment that I was next in line in 26 minutes. 12 available counter positions and I’ve never seen more then 3 occupied with attendants.

Expect at least an hour wait for any service almost anytime of day. People are nice that work there but they are overworked and could use more staff members. Sadly no matter who is charge at the top things never change.

Use the online appointment creator or just don't go. I was in and out in 5 minutes since I had scheduled the appointment the day before. No waiting in line or having to sit for 30-45mins like you would in the past. Also all the people I worked with today where very helpful and quick! Bring all your paperwork and you should be in and out super fast.

I went in today to update my address on my enhanced license after a woman at the Kalamazoo Secretary of State spent 15 minutes arguing with me about where "SE" was supposed to go in my address. Although this branch had a longer wait time, I probably only spent a total of 25 minutes there.

The woman at the first window was very helpful. She fixed my address correctly and was pleasant despite working in the hell hole that's known to all as the Secretary of State. If, God forbid, I ever have to go to the Secretary of State again while in the Kalamazoo area, I will make a point in driving the extra 20 minutes to this Secretary of State instead of the Kalamazoo location.

Lobby is packed to standing room only, people sitting on the floor, 4 people behind computers one doing handouts for tickets, and a 6th person helping only select people all the while there are so many empty terminals after 90 mins of waiting they went from 97 to 15. 18 people in an hourridiculously slow.

Place is a joke and waste of time. Staff always has some remarkable smart comment to say. Disrespectful on how they deal with their customers. Went in there to update my CDL. A day later I had to call the headquaters to see if my license was updated and the staff that helped me didn't even update my license correctly. Not only a waste of time but if you can't perform the tasks you are given why are you even working in this facility. The last time I ever go to this facility.

I've never had a problem at this branch, tons of staff, they were on 46 when i arrived my # was 84 and i was done and out with in 40/45 min. Customer service was also great!! AVOID STADIUM DRIVE BRANCH!!!!
