  Had such a bad morning when I realized I lost my car key, and Second Opinion Solutions really turned it around. It was really easy to put in the order and the technician, John, showed up within an hour of me putting in the request. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about my key and he even taught me a trick to start the car if the battery were to ever die in the key faub. While I hope I don’t lose another car key and have to use their services again, I would highly recommend them anyone who needs them.

  John gave us exceptional service! He cut and reprogrammed 2 keys for my car because my car keys were stolen. He was timely, responsive, and provided great service! Would highly recommend!

  My experience with SOS was second to none. When I lost my keys in Las Vegas, of all places, I was sure I’d be stranded. But, as soon as I realized my keys were lost, I contacted SOS and was reassured everything would be okay by the time I returned home. John was very informative, responsive, and friendly. He even offered to pick me up from the airport so we could get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I deeply appreciate the level at which John was able to show up for me. Although I hope I never lose my keys again, he’ll be the first person I contact.

  My experience w/ SOS, LLC was nothing short than stellar in my opinion. John was there on time & he programmed both key fobs in less than 30 minutes! SOS, LLC also has key fobs for sale at a price waaaay lower than your car dealer. I recommend this company! If you need a key fob programmed give them a tryYou want be disappointed w/ their service!

  John has to be one of the most professional, fast responding, honest and straight up fair guys I have met in a LONG time. He replaced a BCM (Body Control Module) on my Infiniti G37, reprogrammed/cut keys and had me ready to go in an hour. He did this all Mobile, coming to me at my house and having me off to work in no time.
  
  This guy blows dealerships out of the water, from the first time I called him shot straight, fair on prices and was very prompt.
  
  I can not recommend enough just saving yourself the headache and calling him first. The guy is a one stop shop that comes to you and has all the real deal equipment to get the job done quickly and right.
  
  Couldn't recommend more.
