Don’t waste your time. From the rude woman who answers the phone to the business changing their hours last minute. They act like they don’t care- and there are many other locksmiths close by who are pleasant, available and ready to help.

Great service from friendly people. My front door handle failed and they were able to sell me an inexpensive replacement door knob as a temporary solution, and found a way to fix my parts failure and prevent it from happening again on my original handle. Highly recommended.

Expensive. $150/hr minimum and said they’re 2 weeks out from being able to come out and unlock my house (lol what). Just say you’re not taking any new business, people can’t wait 2 weeks to be let into their house.

Lucas Patton was terrific - responsive, knowledgeable and polite. Sometimes you find out the true measure of service when something goes wrong. Our new doorknob was touching the doorknob of the screen door which caused the deadbolt not to turn completely. A quick text to Lucas and he circled right back to diagnosis the situation and quickly correct it. Such a prince - now my go-to lock guy.
