Ten minutes before to their arrival, the two men called to let me know they would be on time. I needed the entrance gate lock rekeyed and six new keys to be made on-site. It took around 30 minutes to complete, and given their professionalism, their charge was fair (the 6 new keys were free). I'll recommend them and use their services once again as well. Again, many thanks.

My lock system needed to be changed on a door that wasn't conventional. The expert quickly identified the issue, came up with a solution, and had a far better lock installed in its place. He also gave me assistance with my mail box key. incredibly friendly and punctual with his visits.

Working with this locksmith has been great. The locksmith was incredibly nice, efficient, and resourceful once he arrived, arriving ahead of schedule (and calling to confirm while he was still about 5 minutes away). The dispatcher was also nice. helped me to obtain entrance to my apartment and changed my faulty deadbolt so I wouldn't have to deal with this issue again anytime soon. strongly recommended.

The following day after moving J into my new condo, I called these individuals. They said they'd see us later that day. In 30 minutes, tech was finished! So kind and professional. and even made a recommendation for increased security! fantastic experience.

These men were outstanding. transparent pricing and flexible scheduling. We decided on a time because I needed my lock rekeyed. I had to call for help since, regrettably, I locked myself out the night before the appointment. They arrived in about thirty minutes and weren't obnoxious (they said it might take forty minutes)
