Love this store and prices are the best. I've got a refrigerator and range, the manager is fantastic and delivery was excellent.

I was shopping for a refrigerator reasonably priced but the bigger the better, Dusty was my salesperson and she approaches me with a smile and introduced herself very professional and I can see she loves her job. We need more like her everywhere. I purchased a 3 drawer refrigerator and I am having Dusty looking out for the dishwasher that matches my fridge and contact me when ever it comes in (the one that I want).which she offered to do, well I would call that great customer service. She took about 2 hours with me checking out the fridges and even went and looked up the part number and price that I needed to fix my broken part on the fridge, after I purchased the refrigerator, she didn't have to do this at all, she went beyond the scope of her job in my book! This store would get 10 stars, check it out for yourself. I believe you won't be disappointed ! Oh and I was informed that they were not owned by Sears.

Purchased a refrigerator and a stove here years ago. Huge selection of appliances as well as mattresses and other furniture like couches and patio. Some items are scratch and dent and others seem to be in perfect cosmetic shape.

Incase anybody was wondering All Sears outlet stores are not an actual part of Sears roebuck as was expressed to me by the manager of the Speedway Indiana store. I purchased a washer and dryer on line because it was posted as being available in the Speedway store, but come to find out it was not and when I ask them when I could get it they said they couldn't find it🤔. Ok did they lose it? They could not answer the question. So finally they said it would be delivered Friday..after I made the suggestion that I could pick it up at their warehouse the manager said oh yeah you can do that but not tonight they're closedduh😵 how about tomorrow? Oh sure. If this company is not a part of Sears they don't need to ride on the coat tails of the Sears name. While they are at it they need teach their employees better communication skills and teach them how to solve problems instead of just asking is there anything else I can help you with when clearly they are no help to begin with!
Remember people they are not apart of Sears anymore but will use the Sears name until Sears makes them stop per the Speedway Indiana store manager.

Horrible company. Bought a fridge online that came from the Pittsburgh location to the Crawfordsville location to get delivered. It was it was test so $1000 later I received it. Only the freezer worked. I called the Crawfordsville location and they told me to call Pittsburgh. I call Pittsburgh and they tell me to call a 1800#. I call the 800# and they tell me to call Crawfordsville. After speaking to literally 10 different people from multiple locations they said "We will stat and exchange process". Well on Saturday with no knowledge Sears calls me when they are 15min from my house to pick up the fridge. Guess what though..No new fridge. So again after calling multiple locations supposedly I am getting a refund. Well days later I still have not received my money back. Obviously once I get my refund I will be purchasing a fridge elsewhere.

Final Edit: in the end they took care of everything and I am satisfied. Once in touch with right folks it got taken care of. My personal issue would have been solved if they offered a higher quality vent for dryers. Still wasn't the greatest ever experience but in the end adequate. Utter incompetency with installation and customer service . Bought a dryer there, two weeks in at least the dryer is fine. The installation however was completely inept, after using the dryer twice the dryer hose detached from both the wall and unit and was torn. When trying to call to address I was told to call central delivery by local store, then the local store by central delivery. Then the local store clerk had no idea what she was doing and told me she'd have a manager call (still waiting a few hours later). Suffice to say that the money savings to this point is not worth the risk and headache. Edit: I finally did hear back from the manager, she was cordial and said she'd have the delivery people get in touch, hoping for an adequate resolution. Update a couple of days later; they did not supply the install company with any of the parts needed to replace the faulty part at time of purchase and so the saga continues, when calling to speak to a manger that can assist, nearly 4 hours before the scheduled close time, there wasn't one to be found.

If negative 3 stars was an option, that would be my rating. It's May 10th and I ordered a refrigerator and paid for it on April 28th. The delivery person who showed up on 5-3 refused to deliver it due to soggy grass he'd have to cross, and wouldn't stop interrupting me when I tried to tell him that I had several sheets of plywood to lay across the 20 foot expanse, I actually was never able to get the sentence out. He kept calling me 'Sweetie' while being incredibly rude. When I finally asked him to stop interrupting me, and tried to go on and explain about the plywood he interrupted me again, to say "Well Sweetie since you're being so hostile (I wasn't being hostile at all), I'm just gonna take a video to protect myself and call this in as undeliverable." He then proceeded to video a mud puddle several yards away from the delivery path, and when he called his boss to get permission to deny delivery I heard him lie with my own ears about the conditions, including telling them that my well-maintained gravel road was a mud road. Since then it has been a nightmare. No one called me to reschedule delivery, no one hardly ever answers the phone at the store and when they do, they say my fridge isn't there now so it must be on the truck. The delivery service, XPO Last Mile says it isn't on the truck and they have no orders to deliver to me. I call both companies every day in search of my fridge. I emailed customer service yesterday and got a reply today, they'll look into it, please allow three to five business days. This has been one miserable, frustrating and infuriating experience, that has my life hostage. Already am cancelling Mother's Day Dinner here for Sunday, as I have no refrigerator. I would ask for a refund but I thought maybe trying to get it here would be faster than what I'm sure would be a long wait for the money. I can't go elsewhere and just get another fridge because they have my $830.00. I will never give a single dime to this store ever again (we own and operate a landscape company and for 20 years have used nothing but Craftsman tools and hand tools, and that stops today.)
As for me, I'll be spending the time I'd normally be pursuing my fridge, or preparing food, filing complaints. Starting with the Indiana Attorney General complaint division right now. Then the BBB, then the news, Call 6 for help. I'll be letting my thousand friends and family members on facebook know all about it, and telling everyone I see to stay away from Sears. I am traumatized.
Save yourself money and time and stay away from Sears.

We had a fantastic experience! Went in looking for a specific fridge that we saw on the website, it wasn't there anymore (which was fine, inventories change and websites don't update instantly). Found a upgraded model, had less damage on it, and was less expensive then the one we wanted. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were amazing as well.

Not usually one to complain or write reviews. However, I have to say that the customer service was terrible. There is inconsistent information from the website to the store and no one wants to take accountability. Only but from here if you are getting a very good deal and are willing to deal with the hassle.

Terrible customer service. After standing over a recliner for 10 minutes and intermittently looking over at employees who were chatting with each other, I went over and asked the "sales lady" about the merchandise. It was unpriced and I just want to know the price. The young lady said that the "pricing people wouldn't be in until tomorrow". I indicated that the "sale" sticker on the recliner expired today. She repeated the statement about the "pricing people". I was dumbfounded thinking, but not saying "what does this mean?" Bye bye Sears.

10/10/2016 UPDATE: ALL of the Kenmore "Elite" appliances we bought 2/27/2015 have either completely died, been serviced more than once or otherwise failed us completely. I called Sears to have a service tech come out to repair the refrigerator, and it will be 28 days (!) before they can get someone out here.

I will never ever buy from this store again, and if I ever see Dusty, our sales rep, she'd better walk the other way.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought a new house, and my wife insisted on buying scratch-n-dent items to save money. The dishwasher looked great, but once delivered, it was apparent someone had installed it previously. There was foul, moldy water in the system, parts were missing and our sales rep never told us Bosch has a proprietary wiring harness. It went back.

Our Kenmore (allegedly) "Elite" refrigerator was a nightmare. I drove 45 minutes to the store three times, and the sales rep's only consolation prize was a half-used bottle of stove top glass cleaner. The frige was delivered with more scratches than when we saw it in the store, handles promised to be replaced prior to delivery weren't, and the water reservoir bottle INSIDE the door was shattered and flooded our kitchen when we hooked up the water line. Given where this water-holding bottle is located inside the door and ice compartment, it had to be damaged at the factory and intentionally installed.

Next time, and my wife agrees, we will be buying new from a reputable local appliance store that offers guarantees and local service.
