Been here twice, picked up a new tank, juice and coils. Young staff but good with customer service. Pretty helpful with trying to find a new juice. Well lit and clean location, one of the best appearance and stocked locations I've been to in Indy!

Runaway. Don't waste your money and time. I bought box mod, separate tank and coils. Price for all about $ 131. They told me that I have 14 days warranty from the store and 60 days from the manufacture. Also told me the battery takes one day using it. I went home and charge the device full and fill the tank. I started use it about 30 minutes and the battery die. After that, I search online and find out that the manufacturer sell it all together kit not separately like what Indy Vapor shop do. Online price for box mod, coil and tank is $54. I went to store to check the battery issue and replace the device, but they wont replace it. They talk to there manager and said no. I show them how fast the battery die but the saide we cant do anything and contact the manufacturer. What about 14 days warranty? I asked to talk to the manager and Josh said come after week we cant give you the number. What a rude employees and services. On there receipt picture I post says" 14 days warranty on battery".

Helpful staff, quick service, answered all my questions fully and simply. HUGE selection, too. B&M is always going to cost a little more than online but in a lot of cases it's worth it to be able to walk out of the shop with what you want. Would recommend.
