I came in to have four new tires installed and an oil change. The new assistant manager Chris was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me a combined deal with the road hazard warranty and 6 month alignment for a total of $46! ($139.99 normal price). All of these services (tires, balance, alignment, oil change and evaluation) were performed in one hour. I will continue to come here for auto services and highly recommed it to anyone needing work.

Will go back. Expected to be there for hours. Oil change was done within 30 minutes. I used a coupon given to me and i upgraded to high mileage change.

I've been here three separate occasions for different services. Each time it has taken extremely long and and two occasions it wasn't done correctly. I've had to confront then on these issues just to get them rectified. Very dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Awful customer service. I've been using them for my tires for over 10 years yet they treat you like an inconvenience. Wait times for simple services go on for hours! I really believe they need new management but sears will probably close down before any problems get resolved

Went in for a Oil Change and Tire Alignment, My Appointment was at 12:00pm. Droped the car off and returned at 1:30pm. Upon returning my car was still parked up front. I spoke with the Customer Service Representative and she said it would be another 45 minutes before the would pull my car back and it would be another 60 minutes for my services to be done! I agreed and sat in the back, came back out the back around 2:30 and my car was still parked in the front. Spoke with both managers and neither made the situation better! I ended up leaving because I had to pick my children up from school.I wasted my whole day at Sears and still didn't have my services rendered! I will never return to Sears again!!
