  As far as car service centers go, Gerald’s is as friendly and fast and reliable able as you’ll find. Good prices on tires. Service is quick considering the constantly busy waiting room. Usually an hour or less.

  Did not rotate my tires. I was so disappointed. I actually use to be there secret shopper years ago. They were fantastic ! If the shop manager would not of argued with me and looked at my Jeep. Then I could understand being busy. Cars and trucks are my life. I'm in the new car business. Just do your job . 3 stars are because I know the owner would have demanded better service!

  I love going to Gerald's. The rose on the front see was an amazing touch. I went in with a screw in the sidewall, before telling me that I had to get a new tire ($105), they checked to see if they could repair it for much less. I did have to get the tire, but they kept my children entertained while we waited. They really put your family first.

  I went in to have new shocks and front brakes out on my car. They said it would be two hours to do all of the work and another hour for the alignment. I waited the three hours and no one had said a word to me. After waiting four hours and asking they finally told me they had not started my alignment. No one kept me updated. They said they had started when they had not. Also one of the parts broke off while they were fixing and I had to pay for it. Sad to say not coming back.

  I have taken my cars here since I moved here in 2015. The staff and managers are amazing and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you're safe on the street. Also, good prices for quality work. They make a stressful situation less stressful. I appreciate the hard work. Thank you Gerald's tire :))

  I'm from out state. And found a leak in my tire. They where absolutely reasonable as a first time customer. Friendly polite and made me feel comfortable. And when all said and done I went to get in my soul and found a beautiful red rose inbtween my seats. This vacation for the eclipse was basically all I have was gas money and they were so very helpful. Thank you geralds!! My friend who recommended you was absolutely right.

  Gerald's is the one you can trust. They never do a costly repair without getting your permission, they stand by their work, they are also polite and knowledgeable. You may have to wait for service but that's because everyone I know uses Gerald's. Take a good book, your ipad or play a game on your phone. The wait is worth it!

  Had heard good things about Gerald's Tyres. Prices are good. But it was crazy busy and it was over an hour before they even got to my van. The waiting room is uncomfortable and dismal which I am sure they could improve. No chargers for phones. When they eventually got to my van it was quick and good service. Would use them again but would be more prepared for the wait next time. The rose on the car seat was a very nice gesture.

  I always have a great experience at this Gerald's. I personally haven't been to any of their other locations but this one always delivers. Service and prices are always good and competitive. They stay busy but are speedy and efficient depending on what you're there for. FYI: They get so busy that oil changes are by appointment only now. Also, I had a nail in my tire and they removed and patched it for free and I didn't even buy the tires from them 👍

  Truck would not start. 2 Tow trips to Gerald's. 1st Trip, they said nothing was wrong. 2nd trip, they said my fuel pump was bad. Replaced fuel pump, told me to come pick up- My husband came and picked it up, and it still would not start. A service tech came out, wiggled a box under the hood and replaced a fuse the truck started. My husband asked for the fuel pump so we could have tested since, of course, we just paid $900+ dollars to have the truck fixed and it still didn't start when we went to pick it up. A month later we received the results of the fuel pump we sent to have tested (takes some time, not something you can just test in a garage when it is out of a vehicle). The fuel pump test came back fine (worked) and so I called Gerald's to discuss. Was asked "why did it take you so long to call us?" and "it seems weird that you asked to take the fuel pump" (really?? I just paid $900+ and the truck still didn't start until someone replaced a fuse!) and "its our word against yours" then was directed to a manager (different phone number). When I called the phone number I was told that he was not at that office and they would get him a message for him to call me back. 5 days later, no call back and had to replace that same fuse again. We have taken to a different mechanic who identified the real issue which is much cheaper than a $900+ fuel pump that I didn't need. Extremely disappointed in Gerald's.
  
  ***UPDATE*** After posting reviews, I got a managers attention who worked with me to resolve my issue. I appreciate his attentiveness to listen and research the issue as well as his superb follow up. I am updating my rating to a 3, as my initial experience was not good, but do appreciate the eventual resolution and follow up.

  (Did anyone else have roses left in their vehicle? They came with a nice note. My husband asked me if I had flirted in hopes of a better deal.) First time customer to Gerald's. They always have full bays, so I took that as a sign that they must be doing something right. I came in with our 07 Town & Country that had quite the list of issues. The bill added up to quite a bit, but I knew it would because things had been left undone for a while. Not only was everything finished in a timely fashion, but it cost less than I was afraid it would, & they have a nice military discount. I have a rebate in the works, too. The employees were friendly and helpful. I do wish the waiting area wasn't so cold, but it seems to be a standard temperature so I had a jacket. It was a good experience all around and we will be back.

  I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for Tire and Break servicing. The staff are always a pleasure to work with, courteous, hard working, and HONEST! They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I took two tires in today to get checked out, they could have easily told me both needed to be repaired but they gave me a full honest breakdown and that only 1 needed replacing. Their waiting area is one of the nicer ones I've been to at a repair place, very open and spacious with even vending machines, TV, and a bathroom. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be!
