    Update: DISGUSTING KARAOKE TONIGHT. I usually like this place, gone there for many years. Tonight was Karaoke night. I do not hold them responsible for bad patron singing, though when the same bad singer goes on for 8 songs, you pushed past the point of diminishing returns. I am still disgusted at what the karaoke host sang. It was a song that included "I want to eat your @$$, show me your t1ts, and I want to **ck you". This is with kids in the place. I was in the military for 20 years, not easily offended. This was disgusting to expose families to it. Since the managers allowed it, I guess the climate there considers it acceptable.

    Go her for lunch pretty often and take advantage of the "wing bar" and have been for years. But the wing bar is now more of a "random food bar with wings included". Last time I went, there were only 2 varieties of wings. But in place of wings were 2 types of fried potatoes, 2 soups, a poor attempt at salad, chicken nuggets and the most random yet, meatballs in marinara. When the lunch wing bar first came about it was nothing but wings, and in at least 6-8 flavors. Manager even told my buddy that the decline of wings and addition of other items is all for money. I think people would pay a few more dollars to have a real "wing bar" back. Giving 3 stars because this place still serves up some really good food and usually has a great staff. The restaurant used to be a 5 star rated place for me but the wing bar (a big thing they advertise) is becoming pretty poor.

    *Had a pretty scalding review here from 2 years ago, and I still stand by it because at the time it was pretty run down. However I had gotten the itch for some Wild Wings again and I decided to give them another chance and the place looks completely renovated. Beyond all that what really matters is the food is very good again. Sometimes the chicken wings are still a little over cooked but they are definitely not burnt beyond recognition like they were two years ago. I've been making it a point to come back every now and then and the service is still very good, the people are still very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is definitely worth it now. I'm very happy to have one of my favorite local places back!

    I love their wing flavors. Best selection I've seen anywhere. Fun casual atmosphere, reasonable prices and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't care for is that it can be very noisy in there. Great for a casual get together with friends, but not if you're looking for an intimate or romantic setting.

    Always a good place to go for as quick bite and a few drinks. The wings are good and the burgers are juicy. Your choice of indoor or outdoor seating and a local band plays live every week.

    It was fine. I sat near the bar. It was rather small I thought. My waitress was kind.. The wings were cooked well. The place was clean.

    This was possibly the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We got seated and watched 3 other tables get seated after us get their drinks while we still waited for our waitress. Then proceeded to watch them get their meals while we still waited. Those three tables ate, paid, and left before we could finish. Our waitress sucked. Could not be bothered to refill our drinks. This will be my final visit. No more! They really need to do something if they want to stay in business. I would give the food a 2 out of 5. Not worth the time at all. Don't waste yours too!!! So disappointing!

    Nice place for casual eats. They do have some good healthy options along with burger, wings and so on. Mostly young staff, very nice. Good for group outings. Outdoor seating, bar seating and bid dining room. If just going for food, music can be a bit loud sometimes on the bar side.

    Great late night spot. Live band! All they need is an actual dance floor.

    Went here for their all you can eat wing buffet for lunch. It was worth it. There were about 6 different wings on the buffet at one boneless wing with tater tots.

    I would recommend if you are looking for a decent lunch with a lot of food.

    4 stars as my coworker didn't get the buffet and his order came out wrong. It took an exceptionally long time for them to bring out his corrected order.

    I am a extremely frequent customer of the Wild Wing franchise. I know and expect higher standards from this location. On our visit today at the Rivers Avenue location we received average service with below average food quality. The waitresses seemed to gather in the back corner and socialize and chit chat (about 5 or 6 of them) instead of checking on customers to see if they needed anything. We were a group of 7 and received 1 individual refill. We were never asked if we needed another beer or even napkins. Our tab "food & drink" was well over a hundred dollars.
    The 2 orders of the chicken & friends appetizers were "soupy" with an overabundance of ranch dressing, when presenting the issue to the waitress she stated " Oh that's how it's made".
    We also ordered a 18 count wings, "wild west" flavored, the sauce was definitely not baked on, there was NO flavor after tasting the first wing and after presenting the issue to the waitress the best "fix" she could come up with was to bring a small cup of wing sauce and dip them This was even worsethe sauce has to be baked on to experience the correct flavor..So we asked to speak with the Manager on dutyhis fix to the issue was " Thanks for the feedback "I'll be sure to let the kitchen know"

    Service = So So

    Food = Poor - due to improper preparation

    Management = Untrained & Unable to problem solve, lacking skills in customer service
