  John and his team sanded all the very old stuck on paint on our basement floor. They were clean and thorough and now the floor looks fantastic! They also did the job very quickly and were willing to work well into the evening to get the job done for us. I have recommended them to many people!

  Fantastic company with outstanding customer service. They sealed my deck about 10 years ago and came back when I noticed some problems. Honored the warranty without hesitation! Made repairs; cleaned and resealed. I would definitely recommend them. What a concept: a company with integrity who stands behind their work!!!
  
  UPDATE: Two years later and I noticed more problems. Same positive experience! I can't say enough good about this company and highly recommend them.

  This company was everything and more than I expected. The promptness of inspecting our garage floor, making a bid proposal (which remained firm although it turned out to be much more repair and preparation than was included in said bid), installation and final inspection were all done professionally. The crew was an exceptionally competent, friendly, well mannered and helpful with each of my request. I feel very fortunate that I made this selection for our project.

  SeaKC is top notch. We had our Garage Floor done and we had the install Redline Garagegear cabinets and one overhead storage. Excellent workmanship and excellent followup. There is competition in this marketplace and there is DIY, but honestly, I don't think anyone can produce a better finished product. (Note: Easy Storage Products installed the base molding & StoreWall in this picture and they installed two additional overhead storages racks.)

  Best Epoxy Floor Company in the Midwest - I recently moved to Overland Park from Indianapolis, IN. We purchased a new home in the Polo Fields. Our new home has a 3-car garage. I knew I wanted to do something w/ the flooring and started to research epoxy finishes. There were a couple of companies that consistently came up on my "positive" list. I gave each of them a chance to bid the job and explain the process. John Hutchins did an outstanding job before, during and after. We awarded him with the job and he did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, the completed job EXCEEDED my expectations. The floor looks awesome, the pricing was very fair, and the cleanup was impeccable. Who would have thought that a garage can be one of the best looking rooms in your home?! I even referred our neighbors to him. IF I could give him 6 stars, I would. If you are thinking about an epoxy floor, John is your guy.

  I couldn't be happier with my new garage floor. John and his crew were on time, courteous, helpful, professional and very careful. They also sealed my driveway and John was there for both jobs. It is really nice when the owner is on the job as well.

  Top notch. From the employees to the result, my experience was outstanding. I'm pretty particular when it come to my house and was a little more than skeptical when I decided to have my garage floor done. In speaking to John, I was reassured but the proof was when the crew showed up and began the work. They were professional, courteous, took care of my house like it was their own, kept me informed and took great pride in their work. The results are outstanding. I now have a garage that is in keeping with the rest of the house - clean, easy to keep up and attractive.
