My wife and I have booked two trips with Sealandair, one to Jamaica for our honeymoon and one to Mexico for our anniversary, and working with them has always been a pleasure. Their responsiveness to emails and calls is top notch, and they are always able to find great deals for us, even on short notice. They really take the headache out of scheduling flights/transportation/hotels and give us piece of mind when when we travel. Would definitely recommend!

Probably the worst travel agent in the business. questions should have been made when she cannot find files when you talk to her on the phone. Arrived at destination to find out we had no reservation despite the documents in hand. Travel agent was on site but not interested in helping, only in helping herself. Do not use.

landseaair travel agency is awful. They are a "thief", taking your money and then if costs of trip go down they explain "oh what a bookkeeping "nightmare" so we just decided to take your money and use it for what is easy for us. That is such an insult to our intelligence. These people think we are stupid. The computer programs just would have changed the amounts of money the trip cost and then generated checks to return our money, instead they decided to keep our money and use it as they chose. LAZY group. They did not offer us what extra trips we wanted to take but rather took our money and used it as they decided. They did not consider that we may want to drive to Detroit and save money on plane fare but just booked us on a Grand Rapids flight.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THE BUILDING IN PAW PAW MI IS FLITHY, OLD, DUSTY AND DIRTY AND OBVIOUSLY THE OWN DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT SPEND MONEY TO MAKE THE BUILDING MORE PRESENTABLE.
