  We've used Paradise Getaways twice, once for a trip to Jamaica, and another for a trip to Puerto Vallarta. Tami was incredibly helpful, courteous, and flat-out awesome from start to finish. Generally, we are the type to research and book travels on our ownbut I cannot tell you how happy we were with the personal touch that Paradise Getaways offers. Tami came through with some awesome vacation packages that were impossible to find had we kept looking on our own. Highly recommended on every possible level.

  I found Tami's Paradise Getaways travel agency on the web as I was searching destination weddings. She had good reviews so I called her and we talked. She offered me a package to help us choose a destination wedding location and handle the travel details for our wedding and guests. This was the best decision I made! We gave her a list of what we wanted (golf for my hubby, beautiful beach for me and somewhere in the Caribbean). She delivered! She presented many resort choices with comparison prices and helped us choose our ultimate wedding venue, Paradisus Palma Real. She set up a link our guests could go to for information on travel and pricing and booked their rooms, airfare and trip insurance if they wanted it. She helped me communicate with the resort wedding team and even scored us an upgrade on our room! We had one minor glitch with one of the guests transportation to and from the resort but we were extremely satisfied with her services and responsiveness. When my brother was unable to attend a month before the wedding (after already booking everything), Tami was able to refund him his money and book my niece in his place to accompany my mom to the wedding. One of our guests also lost his passport in his travels and Tami was there to provide moral support and help. I didn't have to worry about any of our guests when I was busy thinking about the most important day of my life. Thank you Tami!

  I used Paradise Getaways as my travel agency when I took a family vacation to Mexico. If have booked trips on my own in the past, but found using an agency is so much easier! I had questions about the resort and about doing excursions in the Cancun area. Thanks to Paradise Getaways, I had all the information I needed, and we had a blast! My travel agent, Tami helped us make reservations at Tulum as well as Xel Ha. She had been there before, and was the perfect spokesperson. Thanks again Paradise Getaways for a wonderful vacation!

  Tami and Heidi are just awesome! My family took a dream vacation to Mexico and the resort couldn't have been more perfect. I didn't have the energy or the time to do hours of research online. Plus, everything looks great online so it's difficult to make a confident decision. Since I value my time AND my money, I called Paradise Getaways for assistance. I'm SOOOO glad I worked with Paradise Getaways. They truly know the resorts and can help anyone find the absolute best fit for what you're looking to experience. Now, where to next? I'll be calling Paradise Getaways.

  I’ve said it a million times: We couldn’t have done this without Tami.
  
  From our very first phone call where she gathered information how we visualized our wedding, to a last minute venue change, Tami was always responsive, confident and just plain amazing. You can tell she loves what she does and she truly cares about the people she helps. She has extensive knowledge on various resorts in various locations. When we decided on Playa del Carmen, she didn’t take long to gather a list of resorts that fit our needs. She also managed a list of our guests, their flights and booked their transportation to and from the airport. It felt great to not have to worry about those things. Our guests were also very happy with her services.
