Ashley is always outstanding in her customer service in terms of timely follow up, execution and guidance on solutions. In coming to California, after having lived in multiple states with SF agents, I searched around with multiple agents initially. All of the other 2-3 failed miserably in their follow up. I have all my lines with Scott. I have known him for a long time and he has always cared about my family and my business. Scott fits the mold that State Farm always likes to portray in their ads about their agents. I know Progressive and Geico may be the trendier companies these days, but I am more comfortable knowing State Farm is my insurance company. I recommend Scott highly.
