It’s the day before Thanksgiving 2017 and this past summer I referred a friend to CSAAA. I went to the Capitola office and met with Jim Gagnon. Everything went fine and before leaving I was told about CSAAA’s “Referral Rewards” of $20 and that one can choose from 5 different businesses. After a number of phone calls and emails.I am still waiting for the $20 referral rewards card and was finally emailed an 800 number to call to have the gift card mailed. I called and the representative couldn’t help. It’s not a big deal, however, don’t offer giving this $20 gift card if you’re not going to actually give it for referrals.

Jim Gagnon sold me auto and renter's insurance and I could not have been more pleased. I had been speaking with him for months before I was able to finalize the new insurance. He is very attentive, patient and knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor and treats his customers with respect. We went over many options until we arrived at the one that met my needs and budget. It took 2.5 hours!

Out of all the car insurances I've deal with before, this is the best.
My agent was very very professional, helpful, patient, clear and committed. Wouldn't change AAA for any other insurance out there! I'm so thankful for how easy, fast and convenient my process of purchasing insurance and membership was.
The fact that they offer DMV services is amazingly convenient.
I highly recommend AAA

Its so much easier to do your DMV business AAA and no extra cost. The facility is tucked away in an office mall, but they do have a large sign out front. The people inside are pleasant to deal with and happy to see you.

Bye Bye AAA after 30 years. Raised our auto insurance bill by $400 this year, we haven't had a ticket or accident in over 20 years. Some loyalty. Was actually a blessing in disguise, we ended up changing and saving over $600 on home and auto per year. Check around people!!!
