The Schreyer Honors College (SCH) at Penn State is one of the top-rated honors programs in the United States. Each year, the SHC accepts only 300 new members among nearly 9,000 incoming freshman Penn State accepts in the fall. The students in SCH are called "Schreyer Scholars." The SHC's overall enrollment of 1,800 Scholars represents just 2% of Penn State's undergraduate student population.
