My girlfriend went here and she thought the academics were good. My visits were mostly positive and the local culture and history is interesting. Plenty of school extracurriculars, restaurants, bars, and public land.

Amazing! Took dog in middle of the night, they were so caring and helpful and explained everything. I'm usually super protective of my dog but I felt like she was in the best hands!

Beautiful campus with good places to eat nearby. Easy to walk, provided you are in good enough shape to do so. Worth a visit if you're planning to go to college. The campus will not disappoint.

Had an excellent tour here. Beautiful campus with good opportunities for students. It just stinks that students have to pay for sporting events here, which you don't have to do at other schools. Excellent views and interesting information.

Very nice, up to date SEC campus with plenty of activities within walking distance that cater to the needs of students. Both a great place to get and education and have a someone decent night life. Would definitely recommend to others however I can only give it four stars because it does lack diversity and you can really 'feel' it in some locations.

I am very grateful with Auburn University for the opportunity of being part of their staff. The campus is beautiful, full of colors and clean, and the people is friendly and nice, but of course there are things to improve. Although the University is divided in departments, the paperwork is centralized, and in some cases I felt that some people were overlapping the work of others, but despite the confusion at the beginning, everything went good and now I´m part of the family of this University. Another thing to improve is the equipment and infrastructure in the labs and classrooms. The town is small, but big enough for students (help to be more focus on what is really important, the school).

I don't mean to offend anyone, but I will share my own experience as an international student. The university is average on everything, and there's nothing special about it. I had been going to the administration's office multiple times to get some help for my classes, but they don't care, and refused to help me on every single time. Whatever issues you have in school, keep it for yourself instead of wasting your time talking with one of the students' advisors. This is my last semester here, and I am glad that I got accepted somewhere else.

It's an average university for an average town. There are plenty of universities better than this one all over the country and abroad. It has modest buildings and facilities. Auburn people are proud of their football team, but it hasn't done anything great lately. It's a good university if you plan on staying in this local economy, but if you plan on succeeding in this life you have to go elsewhere. Auburn is average. I'm not writing this to offend anyone. It's the truth.
