Delicious food and really friendly staff! I live down the street so I don't dine in, but the people at the drive-thru are absolute sweethearts. It was a long day and they seemed a little shortstaffed, but our food was brought out very quickly. There were two pretty impatient people in the drive-thru that ditched their orders and drove away without paying; I think it's extremely rude that they'd do that when there was really no wait at all.

Overall, definitely stop here if you're looking for a quick bite!!

Great food. Dirty tables. Love the decor at this location. We ordered our food to go. It sat up in the window because they did not call us. When we walked up to ask about it they didn't know whose order it was. When we went to check the order they gave me the wrong Pizza. They did not have it together today!

Oh my, I love their food!!!
It is made fresh, so sit and enjoy the wait time CAUSE YOUR FOOD WILL BE VERY GOOD!
The staff I noticed works very well together and they are truly there to please the costumers.
Only once have I had to take my food back due to someone put Mayo on my sandwich. But it was handled without any problems. VERY friendly Staff!

Good sandwich, good sweet tea, good soup, friendly people, but had trouble finding a cleanish table. All vacant tables had crumbs from prior diners, found one with few enough crumbs that I could brush them off and at least pretend the table was clean. To be perfectly fair, after I seated myself, a lady came out and cleaned off the other tables, but perhaps this should be checked more frequently than after the last clean table becomes used!

many issues observed over time.. Most importantly I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.1. Id like to comment on the filthy window at the drive through, the only time I can actually see into the building is when my bag is shoved through it.2. I think its admirable that you hire women that are covered in tattoo's, if your trying to get a tax break for doing this-STOP!!!! what you need to focus on is customer service, Great customer service will supersede any bad thoughts of how the people look and dress anyway!!! 3. speaking of dirty window, this makes me believe that since I can see in, and my bag is pushed through the window like a freight train passing by, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT YOUR KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE!!!!! 4. and finally my receipt was at the bottom of my bag with my spilled sandwich unfolded. LOVELY..
ohhhhhh let me add that since i do feel that Schlotskls is going for the tax break and terrible service, I contacted Schlotskys corporate office 4 days ago and NO reply of Im sorry, kiss my ass, we'll get back to you-NoTHING!!!! this all could of been avoided if you just had better customer service, like Chik-fil-a right next door WHERE THEY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF FIRST IMPRESSION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. by the way I have tattoos and have been in the retail and tourism business for as long as I an remember!!!! just smile and say hello!!

Schlotzsky's has improved their service, quality, & dining arrangement greatly! Place is clean, staff is now friendly & quick. So sorry to lose soups though! Easy access, comfortable dining, good fast food.

The young man that took our order was shy but very good, very helpful. When our order was ready I went to the counter to pick it up but the folks back there were so deep in conversation that I had to wait for them to finish to give me my order, I did not like that at all.Food was okay, bread was a little burnt and not much on the sandwich. Use to love this place, the sandwiches were stuffed and very satisfying. Ordered a cinnamon roll and it was way to dry..Subway next time!!!

Don't ask what kind of chips someone wants unless they are included. Ask what kind of chips if they're free or saywould, you like chips with your order that way when I'm charged $3 I know I wanted it.

In the drive thru, they got my order wrong and I've been waiting ten minutes for them to bring out my food. This was supposed to be a super quick stop on my way home. disappointed.
