Absolutely the worst experience ever !!
First let my say it was $26.00 for a pedicure !
Kelly was her name, she seemed to be in a hurry, she cut me twice and did not even bother with my cuticles. It took her 23 minutes to do my pedicure that’s $1.13 dollars per minute !! I will definitely not recommend this spa to anyone !!response / report this review -

They do a good job on your nails when you can actually get in. I would rate them normally a 4-5 stars. The 2 stars is for appointments and wait time. I’ve been getting my nails done for a few months and have been pretty happy. My last manicure though started chipping and breaking few days ago which is weird since it’s gell nail polish over acrylic and not even 1.5 weeks old yet. I tried to get in Saturday without an appointment to get my nail fixed and they were slammed, not a problem. They wouldn’t make any appointments for a later time or day though which is weird. Came again today and they said ok only a few mins. About 20-30mins later they said it would be two hours now. I asked if I could get back in later and if so what time. They said Wednesday and that’s after I have been trying to get an appointment for about three days. Really disappointed that I couldn’t get one nail fixed.

Super friendly staff! Be prepared because they are personable and funny. It was nice to sit and laugh while getting my nails done and then move to have pedi done. They have a ton of color options

Loved my experience here! They took me even though I was late. Loan had me cracking up and has nice work. Definitely will be coming back.

This place for the most part had good customer service, they greet you at the door, make light conversation but as far as the work, I was not very happy with how the nails turned out. The tech, Loan, that started with my acrylics was friendly and was listening to my requests but he switched to start w/ the next client. The lady that filed and polished my nails did not do a nice job. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a white coat with a USA NAIL embroidered on the coat. When I told her that I was afraid the nails will turn out lumpy because the nail polish was very thick she said that happens because the nails are not even and so I gave her the benefit of the doubt . Funny thing is that a woman getting her pedicure done behind me was telling the tech that her nails looked lumpy and bubbly and she didn’t want to complain but the nails looked bad. So I turned over and asked her about it and I told her that is what I was seeing with my nails but that they assured me it was because the nails were uneven. So I still need to find out why that is but I don’t think I will come back again. I paid $28, she said it was $2 for shaping my nails plus a $1 fee for debit. I’ll keep looking for nicer work for the price. Thank you!
