The ice-skating was fine but the skates need to be upgraded. My feet hurt the entire time and I could not understand what the guy said on the intercom. Music was good and the staff was courteous though.

They just got a security guard that skates on the ice for skate fest and I feel more safer and comfortable skating

The only downside is the parking. If there's a large event, you have to get there early to find good parking, but there is a parking garage across the street. It's a good spot for concerts, tours, graduations, etc.

I have seen 2 concerts on the Johnny Mercer side: pretty comfortable with excellent sound; no distortion.
The fees they charge for online purchase are ridiculous.
    Very limited parking.

This is a very impressive building that is located directly downtown. I was impressed by it even though I was limited to certain parts of it.

MLK Arena for a concert is a NO GO. It is dirty and there is no attempt to provide acoustics. Location is good and I had hopes of having a good concert experience as we are new to Savannah. This place is a disappointment, it smells stale, there is gum stuck everywhere, the floors are sticky. Spend some money clean this place up!
