Shrimp and grits were soooo good. Make sure you have a cup of bisque. Youll be talking about it later. Sat on the front porch w our pup and she loved the kids burger. It was served on a frisbee! We'll be back!
Great food and service. Just wonderful bfast.
Super fun atmosphere, excellent service, and tasty food. Would definitely recommend!
Awesome spot. Claude was super nice and makes a killer drink.
Happy to have this market in Ft Morgan. The prices are reasonable compared to the gas and time I would use to drive into Gulf Shores. I was happy to find fresh produce there.Support local business!!!!
Sassy bass in a pinch for fresh produce is 5 stars, over priced but if you failed to plan, plan to pay. They also have pre made hamburger patties, which cook down to a nice size burger. I definitely recommend if you're in a pinch, however if you have time on your side, drive a few more miles to a regular grocery store.
Convenient general store with a pretty good selection. The seafood counter is great, and the staff behind it was helpful. We put in two separate orders for several lbs of peeled shrimp, once in person and once by phone, and both times the shrimp was ready on time and packaged very well (shrimp bagged in multiple layers and then surrounded by ice, so the peeled shrimp didn't get water logged). The shrimp was fresh and tasty at a reasonable price, and buying large quantities peeled makes group dinners so much easier.
Too expensive but good customer service
Amazing food
All things considered, it's a cook joint. The restaurant is the best in the area, hands down!
Sassy bass is a conveniently located grocery store. They are expensive and have a poor selection of foods. The pizza is only okay and 22$ for a large..? The employees are all rude, crass and sassy(maybe that's where the name comes from? Sassy bASS) don't stop in, the money saved alone from driving into town is worth it. And I hope the blonde who smokes every 15 minutes has no customer service skills.
Drive into town, it's worth it
This review is for Sassy Bass Pizza. We called the # of the normal pizza place we order from when in Gulf Shores, and this was what we got. It was confusing at first as the name had changed. We ordered two 16" pepperoni pizzas and an order of garlic cheesesticks, they only carry pizza. So, we just ordered the pizza. The total was not given over the phone, when we picked it up it was $43!!!! The pizza was terrible to say the least. The bottom was floury, the pepperonis were burned in places, and undercooked in others. Save your money and order Papa Johns!
