Very friendly; clean; good selection; nice atmosphere; great bakery. A bit pricey but much more enjoyable than shopping in the Walmart warehouse.
I love publix cakes I normally get a slice of cake everyday on my work break so I decided to get my daughter's 2nd birthday cake there. I place the order for her cake a week and half before her birthday which was on October 14, 2017. I asked for her cake to be done by 2:30 and when I showed up to get the cake they couldn't find it how do you lose a whole cake the lady said she saw a number 2 cake up there for Thursday that is 2 days before her party. So they offered to make a cupcake number 2 (I wanted a number 2 cake) and deliver it to her party and gave me a 50 % off discount my baby needed a cake so I took the deal. Dealing with this cake problem I showed up dang near an hour late to my own daughter's birthday party. When the cake finally got to my house some of the guest had to leave and the cake was made so sloppy and messy cause they had to rush to make it cause they lost my first damn cake. It's crazy I ordered a deli platter online and they had my order at pick up, but when I talk to an associate in the store and place a cake order and they lose the whole damn cake. I am so unhappy with your establishment thanks for ruining half of my daughter's 2nd birthday.
I like selections its good but lighting is poor a bit pricey
Great place, great customer service. Hunter from customer service is great and knows his products. Keep up the good work
Very pleasant. I like the way the meat is cut. Noticed some prices were a little higher, as expected.
Always clean, with extras products I can't find anywhere else.
Experience was satisfying. And I will go again.for me it number one .all publix super market.
Sub par for Publix! I get irritated every time I go in. Deli counter just doesn't do a good job. The store doesn't have several items I want. The bagger doesn't put the right things together. I would quit going altogether except some of the Publix brands are better than the "real thing". I have been to many Publix stores and this one just doesn't measure up. Winn Dixie is a better bet in Fairhope.
got kinda scared there when i saw babies in the meat market for sale.
don't go there!
Very clean store, doesn't seem busy. Friendly staff for the most part, but some of their deli workers are ridiculously slow.
I purchase a Cheese Danish Ring 1/13/2017 it was below what I have come to expect from Publix Bakery; the bottom was barely done (no browning) ,and the texture was doughy and the flavor floury. I was very disappointed.
I'm a disabled veteran with a suppressed immune system because of a kidney transplant. I tried to order Boars Head lower sodium ham in the deli and asked about the expiration date because it looked pretty grey on the outer layer. Not that it is too unexpected but I know the lower sodium ham probably isn't flying off the shelf. The woman working today October 9th at 6 o'clock p.m. refused to tell me the expiration date after asking two times insisting that they have to check all of the meat and that it was just recently opened I simply wanted to know the expiration date for so I knew what I was buying and was safe for me to eat. She had just thrown the wrapper in the trash and wouldn't bother actually taking it out to look.
In general public doesn't deserve a one-star rating but this needs to be noticed and taken care of and when I go back in the future I may change it.
I'm having a hard time understanding why you have young cashier's and I see a wonderful cashier that everyone loves going throu her line, is bagging and out in 90° heat getting carts! I'm 45 and I'm in the heat all day and I'm exhausted by the end of the day. I know she's older then me and she can probably do circles around me, but come on! Managers need to get out there and do it a day and then tell me how you feel!
