  Sprawling, confusingly merchandised. Charming if you're not in a hurry. It's really the only hardware store its size for many miles, so you get what you get

  Great store but locking everything up and having to be carried up front by a employee and then not getting your stuff is stupid figure out a better system won't spend my money there no more

  I go there for everything! Price, selection of tools and materials and that good old fashioned neighborhood service and smile! Everyone there is knowledgeable in there specific department. I never have a problem finding someone who is happy and willing to help. Even the cashiers ask, "what are you working on?" because they care. A home center/hardware store done right!

  Ample parking for having a place downtown. The downside is that all of the parking isn't connected. Usually fairly busy but the people there are friendly and for the most part knowledgeable. If you ask one person and they don't know usually the second one will.
  
  The paint dept is great and I keep my old orders with them. That way if I need a sample to touch up a few places they've got it on record.
