I love living here! The management is awesome and the grounds are extremely well maintained. I live in one of the brand new apartments that is completely updated and they didn’t spare any costs in the construction. Haven’t heard a peep from any of my neighbors and the insulation is great for saving energy costs. The complex does multiple social events per month for free and even has a gift wrap station! I love the close knit community; we will definitely be renewing our lease!

Do not move in here, management is terrible. After 24 years of my life with no problems whatsoever with bedbugs, not even having seen one, my brand new furniture and bed get infested within 5 months of moving in. Management says it is not their policy to inspect the apartments conjoined to mine, which I believe would show they came from my new neighbors. They have also sent me a memo detailing the cost of treatment, but when I ask to see the invoice from the exterminator I am told they don't get invoiced until treatment occurs. makes me think they are pocketing a portion of the invoice. After talking to the manager in a calm tone of voice for only 5 minutes I was continually patronized and kicked out of the office. Save your money, you could have much better accommodations elsewhere for the same price I pay for this one bedroom bug shack.

I love where I live and the people who work here. Every time I have a need it is met. Never have had anything stolen and I feel very safe walking though the community at night.

Sandshell is a great place to live. It's nestled right next to 35 so it has great accessibility, but it's surrounded by trees and plants that make you forget you're so close to the city. The staff is what sets this place apart. They are truly caring and so everything in their power to accommodate their residents. I am happy to live there!!

There are many variables when living in an apartment complex, and it's wonderful to write that they are many positive and enjoyable ones living here at Sandshell at Fossil Creek ! From the attentive staff, excellent maintenance crew, peaceful surroundings and super fun community events, it is a terrific place to call home!

We have rented here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. The management and maintenance staff are always helpful and very fast in dealing with any problems that arise. If you are looking for a great environment while renting I would highly recommended Sandshell at Fossil Creek.

Me and my boyfriend loves living here. Affordable price and good customer service and they do alot of stuffs every month. Like free brunch, pool party, game night, free cinema tickets and more to socialize and know our neighbors more. My boyfriend drives 2 hrs everyday going to his job but we still want to live here despite of it. We looked for 20 different apartments before renewing our contract again, but this is the best one. And now, we just renewed our contract for another year. :)

These apartments are really outdated compared to what is around this area and the price isn't that much better. Staff are typically nice, but they always seem to forget to do things they promise to do.

Sandshell apartments are a wonderful place to live! My husband and I have enjoyed living at Sandshell and would not trade it! From day one, the leasing staff has been so helpful and open in their communication. Our apartment was ready upon move in and very clean. The apartments are very well kept both inside and out. If we have a work order, it is completed well within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is THE BEST EVER. They (along with Kathy, the Manager and the whole staff) treat the community with care and respect. Andrew, one of the men on the maintenance team, always seeks out opportunities to help residents. I was walking trash out to the bin one morning and he caught up with me and insisted I allow him to take it for me. We really enjoy living here and would (and have) recommend living here!

We have lived at Sandshell Apartments for one year and six months and are pleased we chose this complex to call home. The staff are exceptional! Kathy, LaTonya, and Ashley are friendly, courteous, and are willing to work with you no matter what your needs. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to your request and resolve your issue immediately. The apartments are very well maintained both inside and out. No bugs, insects, or rodents thanks to routinely treatments. The apartments are conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shopping plazas. People of all ages live here and respect the rules and regulations of the facility as well as the rights of the residents, making it a quiet and safe place to live. We look forward to calling Sandshell Apartments home for many years to come.

Very quite office and maintenance are super awesome here!! Gates are always working if not they are repaired quickly.. If something happens and you have a maintenance need they are quick ho fix it! The grounds and pool are kept super clean! The office staff is amazing here! And do cool things at least once a month this past time we got Ruby's BBQ and free movie tickets! Best apartment complex I've lived in!
