I took my 2012 Focus in because the steering went out. They quoted me $4500 to fix it all and the car wasn’t even worth that. I looked into trading it in and getting a new car. Guillermo Garcia helped me and he was amazing. He was honest and helpful and told me my options. He went above and beyond to get me a new 2017 Focus at a price I could afford and it was not easy since I still owed $9000 on the 2012. Very funny guy and would definitely go to him again. He and everyone there made the process as easy as they could. Very thankful for my early Christmas gift!

First Time Experience
Went to Dealership with a good friend, (Robert) to see a vehicle that they had, a 2017 CMAX Hybrid. The original salesperson was not available, but was referred to another Gentlemen named Guillermo. He was exceptional and handled the deal with the utmost professionalism, no high pressure, and was a an extreme pleasure to deal with. He was professional, helpful, and most courteous. This was the first time I could say that the Dealership Experience was this pleasant compared to other dealerships I have been to in the past. I will certainly keep this dealership in mind for future needs for me or the family. What a pleasurable experience, I am at a loss for words other than to say what was stated above.response / report this review -

This was our 1st time buying with Sanderson Ford. We did research for the 2017 F250 Diesel and found a few that matched our desired options. Upon our arrival we met Mike Gilbert. After showing us a few Trucks that met our Options We decided on the one… Mike immediately went to work on making us happy with a deal. No sales gimmicks, no hidden fees. Just straight up with the info and cost. We didn’t buy right there. We went to one more dealership just to confirm we had the right truck for the right price. Other dealerships feel like time share sales. They keep you waiting; keep sending out new people to wear you down. They have hidden fees. Etc… Not at Sanderson Ford. I feel like we put more pressure on Mike, Lol. Financing was super quick, as we were able to do it at home and send in info online. We went to pick up the truck the very next day and finalize the signing of the finance contract. We did the Truck demo with Francisco who was very nice and knowledgeable. Hopefully the service department is just as good. I highly recommend Sanderson ford for a no stress car buying experience with Mike Gilbert!

Sanderson Ford has been our Go To car dealer for years. Mike Miller has always been our guy. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Before, during, and after the sale. He always goes out of his way to make the car buying experience pleasant. Making it easy to refer friends and family.

Had to get some body work done for my 2012 Mustang GT and the Sanderson Ford body shop did an excellent job repairing my car! I feel like my car looks a lot better than it did before when I first bought it. If anyone is looking to have any body or collision repairs done, I highly recommend consulting the help of Mr. James Portillo. He is the man that has helped me a lot during the process. He is super cool, friendly, helpful, and is more than willing to take care and make sure everything is right and well for his customers and clients!

Dan Wickham was outstanding in his efforts to take care of me. I went to Sanderson in search of an escape . Although I didn't acquire the color I wanted ( my decision ) I am definitely happy with my choice. I didn't give this dealership a 5 star because I haven't experienced the service department. These people went all out and I couldn't have been treated better.

Bryan Fitzpatrick was our sales man he did an amazing job and was extremely helpful. He was patient and answered all our questions, we moved out of state shortly after buying our truck and he helped to get our registration fees back for us. Amazing sales man can not say enough good about him. Thank you Bryan!

6 weeks ago I inquired about a vehicle at Sanderson Ford, and I was fortunate enough to get Dan Wickham. Although that vehicle didn't work out, I asked Dan to keep an eye open for any future trade ins that might work for me. 5 days ago he called me on a sweet vehicle that came in over the weekend. It was exactly what I was looking for! He held the vehicle till I could drive across the Valley to look at it. I showed up, checked it out, and hour later the vehicle was mine. No back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Just an honest, fair price for both of us. Very pleased with the deal I got from Dan, and Sanderson Ford.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Sanderson Ford. It is the only place I will go for my next purchase. I highly recommend Sales Consultant, Guillermo Garcia. In 50 years of car buying this is the first time I have ever dealt with a salesman who demonstrated the patience, respect, integrity and honesty exhibited by this gentleman. He answered all of our questions, of which there were many. There was absolutely no pressure to buy to commit to a purchase. In our conversation I learned that the dealership has been there for 62 years and is built on honesty, fair prices and service. That was certainly my experience, both with Guillermo and John Pratt, Sales Manager. Employees I encountered were all friendly. Guillermo commented several times that he is proud to work for Sanderson because of the way they treat employees and customers alike. When is the last time you've heard that from a salesperson???

This was my most pleasant car buying experience ever. The General Sales Manager, Tom, and our salesperson, Erick, were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and effective. I will never go anywhere else again. They went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted. We leased two new cars and traded in another on the same day and I just couldn't get over how painless and, quite honestly, enjoyable the whole thing was. Erick trained me on all of the Sync stuff and answered all of my questions. The receptionists were warm and friendly and the finance guy has it dialed in. My wife went back a couple days later to get window tinting and they were so generous and gracious with her and even gave her a voucher to eat at the on-site 50's style diner that she thoroughly enjoyed. They really get it: it's all about people. These are great, honest folks who run and work at this dealership. Certainly not what I expected at a car dealership. We live in Scottsdale and had heard how good these guys were and decided to drive a bit extra to check them out. We are so glad we did. Thank you Tom, Erick, and team. We'll be back the next time around!

Erick at Sanderson did a great job! He found exactly the truck my family and I wanted. Additionally, he worked with my rotating shift work schedule to make my buying experience very pleasant. When asked, he told me exactly what the dealer profit would be on our purchase without the typical side-stepping most dealers will give you when they are faced with answering that question. He did such a good job that I didn't even care to try and talk Mark (the finance guy) down for the extended warranty. Mark was great and dealt with our 2 and 4 year old infiltrating his office. Tanner, from their technology team, did a fantastic job of pointing out all the "techie" stuff associated with the truck and did a thorough walk-thru of it with me. I told my wife to find a Ford she likes, and when it is time, we will be going back to Erick at Sanderson Ford! (FYI, I'm not from a Ford family so that says a bunch!) Thanks again to the Sanderson team!

Big Thank you to the team at Sanderson. Could not be more grateful to the team who had a hand in building my Truck! Joe and Loren made me feel very comfortable about buying the truck and i always felt i was pointed in the right direction with a great deal. Once the truck arrived, Jeff and Ashley, from the Custom Shop made my truck one of a kind and i could not be more happy about how this truck turned out. For me, Sanderson offered a comfortable feeling, i knew they were knowledgeable and always were interested in achieving just what i wanted!

We have purchased many vehicles and have always dreaded it. This purchase we made with Sanderson Ford was the most pleasant experience ever buying a truck. We made an appointment with Eric A., told him what we wanted and when we showed up, he had the perfect truck waiting for us. He gave us a good price on our trade, found all the incentives available to us and gave us a great deal from the start. No back and forth. Then Francisco went over all the bells and whistles with us. Total time spent at Sanderson was less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend Sanderson for you next Ford purchase.

Larry listened to what I wanted and provided me with relevant details to make the best informed choice. It is worth the drive to drive out next time we need a vehicle. Everyone else that helped seemed to be much more committed to our satisfaction than other dealerships that we had experienced.
Keep staying closed on Sunday, it is the Lord's day and a good sign to Him and I am sure your business will continue to be blessed for doing so. We know not everyone sees it that way, but it helped us choose who to do business with. Thanks.response / report this review -

Bryan, the service adviser in the Quick Lube was great. My radiator was leaking and he took care of it. Even though there was only thirty minutes left to closing he took care of me, got my truck in and quickly pointed out the leaky radiator that needed to be replaced. I always feel at ease when I go into get my truck serviced and this was no different. Bryan quickly got me a price estimate and assured me it would be done the next day. I appreciate the shuttle ride I got home from Fred, the lube tech. Fred was awesome and made me feel at ease on the ride home telling me I was luck my leaky radiator got as many miles as it did. Fred is a very motivated
individual and was very generous in telling me his personal story. Sanderson Ford is lucky to have two great individuals working for them in Quick Lube. In fact, I salute all the Quick Lube personal and the service they provide. Sanderson will always get my business for the outstanding service they provide.response / report this review
