We love San Marcos. Family friendly. Super great service
This is probably one of the best Mexican resturaunts I've ever had! I always get the same thing there. It's that good! The seasonings are always perfect, the chips are usually fresh and crunchy but sometime they can be stale and old.
My favorite things to get on the menu are the spicy shrimp, burrito california and the chicken fajita!! I recommend everyone to try one of these three if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed!
This place is amazing! My husband and I couldn’t have better things to say about them. We were seated immediately, and our server, Samuel, was courteous, prompt, attentive, and accurate. The food was AMAZING! When we got our check, we were shocked at how cheap it ended up being. We will definitely come back and we recommend this place to everyone!
Always ask for the hand-prepared guacamole, made right there at your table, for there is none like it in the area. This place serves Mexican food as Mexicans have loved it for years. The prices are moderate and the quality is GREAT! If you are a local, then schedule on your calendar your weekly visit. If you are passing through, then stop as it is just off the I-10, and enjoy some moments of refreshing flavor.
This was a fun stop we randomly tried out on a long road trip. It was very well rated online, so have it a shot and was not disappointed. The food was very good and authentic, and the dessert of flan was pretty good too. If you are tired of eating out at chain restaurants, then this is a good breakup between all of that.
The beef in my soft taco tasted very unpleasant. My wife's pollo loco was bland and the chicken seemed unseasoned. Very sub-par to what I've had here before.
Wight staff was nice server was amazing. Food not so much. The steak was over cooked and like shoe leather. The onions were cooked untill they became mushie and had no firmness. That is not sauteed. Portion size for the side dishes were small in comparison to the entry. I will give them a shot for lunch and be reposting.
It's alright. They have pretty good food and the cheese dip here is pretty good. (I love chips, cheese dip, and salsa and order it out all the time.) The prices are a bit on the higher side, but around here, the next closest restaurants are McDonald's and Hardees. The staff is friendly.
The waitress never came back to check how the meal was - it was fair to middling. My flautas were overdone to the point where you could feel every strand of the chicken. My grandson's soft tacos (which he ordered meat and cheese only) had a very small amount of cheese melted in it. BTW, the waitress came back in five or so minutes before we left and asked me something, I think, but, she left so quickly I don't know exactly what it was and she didn't wait for a reply.
The first time I went there, with my daughter and grandson, it was great.
I wonder what happened?
Lovely people, helpful. So much better than EL Roonin Marianna Florida. The waiters are better , management is so much nicer. The food taste more authentic.
Fast friendly service and good prices. Mixed fajitas are very good.
Wonderful Mexican food, friendly atmosphere and always clean
Awesome Hawaiian Fajitas!! Chicken or steak, ham, bacon, pineapple, onions, peppers, grilled to perfection topped with white cheese, oh yum! Server with salad, beans & rice with floured tortilla on the side. Great homemade chips and tasty salsa to start you off. Reasonable prices. So good.
