Awesome and fun family time. A little pricey.
Sunday brunch, let me put it this way I won't be going back. The food was terrible, hockey puck that was supposed to be sausage. Very poor selection.
Great place for the family game nite or just to relax in the bar little pricey but worth it..
One stop shop for entertainment, drinks and food. Beautiful event center as well. Menu has been redesigned at all restaurants. Highly recommend their pizza, wings, and the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. At the point steaks are amazing. Lots of activities always going on.
WOW! I ve been a Chef for over 40 years and am always on the lookout for smoked Bar B Q ribs, esp. St. Louis. well I found them @ Hammerback @ Good Times in Olean. Chef Ike does an excellent job with this. Try the garlic mashed potatoes and for great service ask for Jessie S.
lots to do here. multiple food spots within and entire facility furnished with many activities.
Awesome price for bowling through the week..3 games and shoes for $5!! Where else can you go for a price like that!? Arcade games desperately needed maintenance, especially the ones that reward tickets, however the young man took great care of us and added the credits back to the card when we swiped the card before spotting the out of order note.
I had no idea this place existed when I lived in the area. A ton of fun stuff to do from bowling to volleyball. Amazing place for the area.
I love the fact that the bowling lanes could be set up with bumpers for certain players. It was a very modern bowling alley. And family-friendly. The only downfall was it was very expensive.
Great atmosphere and service. Kids always have a blast bowling.
ENjoyed the putt putt golf, snacks, and arcade. Will try bowling next time. Oh yeah need to do the batting cages next time too!
Great Place, Great People and Amazing Staff!
We've been to GTO many times and have enjoyed every experience from the Putt-Putt, batting cages to the exquisite meals at the point. Our family enjoys this great gem in our hometown. We are so grateful this business is locally owned and they give back to the community constantly.
My last visit impressed me more than words can describe. Anyone who reads this should praise the honesty, integrity and work ethic this staff at Good times has as I do. It starts at the top from the owners and is portrayed by every employee. I had lunch at the hammer-back restaurant and have an amazing burger for one. Service, meal, and everything was as always top notch. The bill came and I paid and had rushed out to get back to work. I had left my wallet behind with my credit cards, cash, drivers license, and everything else that's in our wallet. I did not realize this until later that evening that my wallet was missing. I called GTO the next day and spoke with Kristine. I explained I wasn't certain but asked if she would look. My wallet was found! The wonderful person who turned it in had turned the wallet in with everything I had left in it. CASH AND ALL!!!! I can't thank GTO enough for your honesty. I am speechless and you have a customer for life!
HATS OFF TO YOU ALL!
THANK YOU!
We celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary at The Point. We recommend the surf and turf. The steak was done just right, very tender and the large lobster tail was delicious! Our waitress, Maria Elana, was very professional and friendly. She even gave us a short rendition of "My Funny Valentine" and has a wonderful voice. What a treat! She should be there as a lounge singer. We would definitely love to have dinner and be entertained by her.
No matter what you do here, ask for Steve. Start with Steve. In fact, I'd give the over-all business a 4 star rating. The five star rating is for Steve. We've been told we could reserve bowl lanes for Xx3, when Steve reserved our lane for X with pizza. This is the type of service that keeps us all coming back. The lanes are in great operation and modern. The pizza and fast food is delicious. There are more than one place to order from here and you will be happy with the array of choices. Ask for Steve. Ask for Steve.
