Extremely kind people with white glove service. I’ve come in twice needing assistance with my vintage higher-end sunglasses and they’ve always assisted me swiftly and efficiently. Adjustments/repairs no problem- I will certainly come back when I need a new pair :) thank you very much!

Needed my sunglasses adjusted and walked in to see if they could help. The guy working there kindly told me to give him 5 minutes and came back with my perfectly fixed pair! Tried to give him $, but he refused. Would highly recommend going here for their outstanding customer service!

Bad service, aweful lead times and tacky staff. I had a pair of glasses made there and I am very disappointed. It took them 4 more weeks from what they promised to get the delivery time of the frame then lenses and to shape the lenses. The lack of profesionalism really was in their lack of communication nor commercial gesture after such a lackluster service.
Go there if you are ready to wait to be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I went to San Francisco Optics on Chestnut Street to get her a pair of prescription glasses. It was so easy, service there was great, selection was amazing. The lady who was helping my girlfriend was very professional stylist and optician. We got the best deal there. Eve since my girlfriend got that pair of glasses from San Francisco Optics she has been getting so many complements. We both are so happy with the purchase!!!
