  This is a fantastic service. My family member is very high risk for serious illness/death from COVID. They are well-run, attentive and follow up. Nurse Yvette came very expeditiously, was friendly, and quick. They even returned my voicemail within 10 minutes!

  I was able to schedule a home infusion in under 24 hours of getting a positive rapid antigen test for a 90+ y.o. family member. Procedure went very smoothly and the nurse was professional and efficient. The online request requires a photo of the positive test result, front and back of insurance cards, and photo ID. We were fortunate to have those things already but did not know at the start of the request that they would be required. Have those ready when you begin the scheduling form. Other than that, the entire experience was very positive and I recommend their services.

  Kimberly Cromwell, RN came this morning to give me the Monoclonal Antibody Therapy. What an amazing experience. She was so thorough, talented and super knowledgeable. Best care ever. I felt in such good hands. I am very grateful that American Infusion sent her. Thank you, Kimberly. You’re the best.

  They came today. The process is so easy. I filled out the form and 2 days later a nurse was at my door. She gave me the infusion and stayed a bit after. I'm thankful they were there, this treatment is getting harder and harder to get. Definitely recommend!! I'm editing this days after my infusion. I feel great . This is a God send. I'm not sure I can say how thankful I am. They came and did mine. The next day they came and did my mom and her husband who were both high risk. Please stay around. You are so wonderful and just know the wonderful thing you are doing for people.

  I received the antibody infusion last evening. I wanted to thank you for fitting me in with an appointment because it was the last day I was eligible for the procedure. Kimberly Cornwell, RN was very efficient and professional and explained everything as she gave me the infusion. It was a pleasant experience and very convenient that it was able to be given in my home.
