  They took a 67% deposit of total job and delivered most of the stove parts which equalled about 50% of the deposit in actual value. They never came back to install the stove resulting in a $2000.00 loss to me.

  This crew is legit. Really can’t say more than that. Did work for a close friend on our shared property and they got stuff done and were so chill. If you get the crew with Brandon, you’re in luck. In the times I had questions or chatted, he was awesome, but when working, he was locked in and professional. Highly recommend!

  We were very happy working with Renee at The Warming Trend. She was both helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to review pros and cons of the products, ensuring we were satisfied with our choice.
  She worked with our contractor, inspector and post installation professionals in preparation for the final install.

  This locally owned family business deserves a round of applause! They have impressed us at every interaction with them, from up front pricing, to seeing my custom vision and helping us make it happen without question, to fitting our install in during their busiest season and during the Holidays. They've also come back to help with fine-tune adjustments on the safety screen for our now crawling son, again, they came to help during their busy season. If they can handle a particular client like myself, they can do anything! I could not be more grateful for all their amazing service and professionalism!!! Our new gas fireplace insert has transformed our home for the entire winter season. We use it all the time and can not believe we didn't make this upgrade years ago!!! We are so glad for The Warming Trend's help making such a big difference in our home!
