Beautiful nursing home!

Not happy, my grandmother was put up here after she broke her femar, and since she has been here she has gotten a bed sore from them neglecting to get her up or rotate her. As well as she is on a special diet do to allergies and instead of giving her a meal they give her plain noodles and water with no seasoning! And we came in today and her room stunk, we checked the bathroom and there was poop in her toilet since she woke up this morning! We talked to the nurse about it and she said they don't normally check or flush toilets until the end of the night!
