I have been coming to Sam's for years now and I got the best service out of the many years last Sunday from Abbie. I came in already having a bad day and she turned my mood right around. From now on I will be asking for her. The food is great and I love the atmosphere of this place. This will continue to be my go to place!

Not sure what has happened to this place. We have been coming here for 6 years religiously. It has ALWAYS been my favorite!!!! It has gone downhill the last 6 or 7 months. We keep trying but are visits are a lot less frequent. The food quality has gone down tremendously. It's just not the same fantastic consistency it used to be. Very sad!!!

Stopped here on the way to Chicago. Great food, great atmosphere. Ribs tasted excellent. Homemade coleslaw was awesome. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Would come back if ever this way again.

This was our first time to Sam's and we were very happy with the food. This is a true Sports Bar lots of televisions, Sports, Friends talking loud. This is a very excited atmosphere but that's what you expect in a sports bar. The ribs are "Amazing" but I think I'll try the pizza next time only because it looked just as amazing.

Great beer menu. Ribs were a pleasant surprise. Service is hot and cold . Especially cold if you are a party of one. Prices are very resonable.

***As an update, they took this complaint very serious and addressed this issue with the workers and with me. The GM and Marketing team made sure that I was spoken to. They validated my experience and have offered to make this right. At this time, I will be willing to go back and try them out again. Thanks for making sure that this was handled appropriately.****

I was just humiliated in this restaurant. The waitress brought a cup with a hole in the bottom. That's okay, because holes can happen in plastic cup. However, it leaked all over the table. I held it off the edge of the table to prevent the leaking, still it's okay because this stuff happens. The waitress came over after half the cup drained out. She took the cup and got a new glass and a stained cold soaking wet rag. When she came back, she put the wet rag in my lap. SOAKING COLD WET RAG COMPLETELY IN MY LAP. She then picked it up, and went to wipe the soda up. She PUSHED all the soda from the table on to my lap! It was at the end of the table, not near me, but she pushed back into my lap, right off the edge of the table. She smiled as she said "Sorry." I asked her why she would wipe it all in my lap and she said, "I said I was sorry", still smiling. I couldn't believe it. I asked for a manager, told him what happened and he asked some questions and acted like it wasn't a big deal that I had a nasty stained cold wet rag soaked through my pants and the liquid from the table pushed on to my lap. He said, "I just don't know why that happened, that's not one of our standards". I started to cry and told him I was leaving. I can't believe he didn't even offer an apology, or make an offer to coach the waitress or even made an offer to have a waitress help us get a to go order started. I won't be visiting this restaurant again as there are to many places with good customer service skills in the area!

Monday's half priced pizzas. Best pizza in town, gets 4 out of 4 family votes. Good appetizers and sandwiches. More than enough tv screens.

Sam's is my go-to location for hockey watching. My sister and I watched the Stanley Cup there and ate our way through the menu. We enjoyed everything we tried, especially the sweet potato fries and the wild berry cobbler! My sister gives their Long Island Iced Teas a big thumbs up, as well. Only once did we have service that was less than stellar; but, every other time we had fantastic servers who were attentive and friendly even though they must have been run off their feet.

Decent atmosphere, diverse menu options, and full service bar. Sometimes service is a little slow if you're in a rush, but otherwise recommend. My personal favourite is the pizza, but the fish tacos also seem to very popular.

Great place to watch a game or 3. Ronnie was a great server and took good care of us. The staff changed the channels when we asked and the atmosphere was great. The guy at the door is ALWAYS happy to see you. Love his attitude! Chicken Nachos are the best!
