Kinard creek side animal hospital was fast nice and saved birdie my green cheek conure he was really sick about to die and tr doctor knew what was wrong as soon as they gave him the meds he stoped throwing up and started being his self again idk what I would do with out birdie they saved him for only 70$ over all
Great staff and they take good care of my fur kid.
Dr. Kinard and associates provide an excellent level of care to my dogs without a huge price. Sometime we have to wait to be called back because they can be busy, but it is well worth the wait.
We use to go to this vet for all of our pets. The last few times we went they would try to add or pad the bill. They care more about the money now and not the animals. Watch your bill and what they are charging. Long waits for no reason. Many vets in Murfreesboro so try another one.
This vet is neglectful and murdered my perfectly healthy dog. He was 3 years old with No problems.-a pit/beagle mix. I even had him checked out a week prior to his murder, and they said he was good to go. It was supposed to be a routine Neuter. they severed his spinal cord!! He would never be able to use the bottom/back half of his body again, not even surgery could fix it. He couldn't walk, wag his tail, chase the squirrels, or control his bowels and bladder ever again. I called 8 other vets and Every Single one said that they had to have been neglectful and dropped him off of the table- only explanation. Of course, they wouldn't admit to it. I picked up my limp precious boy and brought him home for a min then drove him to franklin for a special X-ray to confirm-which they did. His quality of life was so suddenly and drastically taken away so I had to put him to sleep. -over a "routine" neuter. It was one of the saddest days of my life. After that, they tried to bill me for $1000. The nerve. I hope they lose both sleep and the business. Worst vet Ever. RIP my sweet Zenny 😥😖
My dog was a patient here before I moved to Knoxville last fall. He was diagnosed with heartworms back in February and has been undergoing treatment. We came to visit family this past weekend, and I left his HeartGuard on the counter in Knoxville. I was in a PANIC. I called the office after they were closed and asked if I could get a one month dose from them or if my dog would be okay for three days until I got back to Knoxville. I had someone call me after business hours and calmed me down. She even checked with Dr. Kinard the next morning (first thing!) to see if I could come by and pick up the medication or if my pup would be okay.
These guys are AMAZING! Thank you so much for helping this dog momma out.
Great place to take your animals it shows they care from the desk to the door all around careing people there
Knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate. First time client with a sick dog. Diagnosed the problem accurately. Even stayed late to make sure everything was OK.
Thank you to Dr. Morgan and the staff at Kinard Creekside Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my sweet Roxy today! We appreciate you!
Staff is super friendly & kind. A few months ago our daughter's mouse had a large tumor and they went out of their way to make things as humanely as possibly. We're now coming back with the rest of our zoo
I take my dog here for vet appointments and to get groomed. His groomer, Jen, does an amazing job. It is very convenient that I can drop him off to get groomed and at the same time he can get his shots and exams done at the same time too. When I schedule appointments to see the vet I always ending waiting past my appointment time. Other than that though the staff here are great!
I just adopted two small dogs. I called to get a check up appointment, and they got me in within a week. They did a thorough examination of both dogs and administered vaccines. The vet is really good with animals, the staff was quite compassionate as well. They seem to have a great team. My only qualm was they forgot to check us in all of the way so we waited nearly an hour for a scheduled appointment.
