The older lady named Marie that works the front desk is very rude everyone else is very nice and extremely helpful. Beesley also has great rates. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her.

Had a great experience here when getting my cat fixed. I love that there is a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in my area. The staff was nice and knowledgeable and it was very convenient. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for low-cost vet care.

The staff was great and friendly. My only complaint is (and its a fairy big one)our dog was neutered yesterday and we were told to call if we needed pain meds. I asked if he would need them, and I was toldsome do and some dont, just call if you need them. Last night I was up most of the night with him because he cried and whimpered. I discovered this morning when I called.the office is closed for veteran's day. So I text the cell number provided in the post op paper work. I stated he had been yelping out randomly and he appeared to be in pain. I was told to try Traumeel and they were closed for the weekend and to call on Monday. By Monday he probably won't be in as much pain. I feel on weekends.pain meds should be given and left up to the owner to use or not. It does me no good that I can get him pain meds but their office is closed!!! Again the staff was very kind to him but this miscommunication has left me with lack of sleep and a vet bill bc I have to take him to our vet to get him some relief. Very disappointed! I feel if this clinic cared about animals they would have a more clear procedure in place for situations like this. They should especially be more specific on holiday weekends when an animal has had surgery.

This is a very nice place and the staff is wonderful! They took excellent care of my little girl Ruby when she was there and gave me great instructions on what to expect after her spaying procedure.
