My car died on me last night on the way home from work. I was up all night praying and when I turned on the tv I saw their commercial like 5 times so I called AJ this morning and explained my situation and he had Bill call me and next thing I know Bill was in my driveway to pick me up and now I'm about to drive home in my new Chevy Cobolt. Thank God for these people

service dept is horrible. 15 days to get my vehicle fixed, nothing major. one was gas gauge finally got it back after paying 3x what it should have been. next morning truck won't start ,mechanics did piss poor job at wiring the fuel pump conection. so after 2 hours in 20° weather I fixed it myself bc there is no way any vechicle from my business is going there again. nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from there . they burnt their own bridge..

Transmission lasted 1 week in the 10k dollar truck they sold me. They made sure the fluid was clean and the check engine codes were cleared for my test drive. Con artists with a fancier lot than most

Customer service was amazing! From the salesman, to the sales manager, to the title guy! Best experience I have had! My only concern is the inspection of the vehicle before selling. My radio died the next morning after purchasing, which I had to replace. I also test drove the car and felt it shaking. Since they inspected, I assumed it just needed the tires balanced. Come find out, the rim was bent. The last thing was an issue with my radiator fan. A month into owning, they quit working. I took it into the Volkswagen dealership, and the wires were rubbed apart, thus not giving power to the fans. The wires were frayed and corroded, which I feel like they would have found in a true car inspection. As I said earlier, I Love the dealership! But I feel the inspections completed are poor.

The salesmen are excellent, I've had great experiences with them. Service however, needs to get it together. I got the perma plate spray, and had two rock chips later I was told it was going to be fixed and got a couple oil changes, it still looks just as bad. I had to get new headlights after only 3 months of owning the car(that is no ones fault) and set up an oil change and they didn't change my oil when I had it scheduled.

Very friendly all the way around. Worked with me on price and went the extra mile to help me understand what I was getting into. Ask for John Omslaer in sales. Excellent experience

Went to look for a car for my Daughter and we found a 2008 Chevy Cobalt for $5,900. Nice car made offer $5,000 cash. Salesman tells me needs to talk to a Supervior. 2 minutes later he tells me the car just sold.Go back a day later the Cobalt is still on the lot for sale. Why lie about it? Trying to make a deal. Don't Tell A Friend.

I was looking for a particular truck, they were the only ones who had this make/color. To be honest I read the previous google reviews from years earlier and it didn't look good. Went to the dealership after the common bought of back and forth emails and figured " here we go again", low price advertised, draw you in and then stonewall you on a price if you wanted that vehicle. None of this happened. I was so surprised when I showed up and the were just normal guys trying to get you the vehicle you wanted at the lowest price they could. Transaction was smooth, no hidden cost, answered all your questions, and let you make up your mind if this was the car/truck you wanted. These guys work for a living, just like the rest of us. First and only time I ever came away from a dealership and felt like everyone got a good deal. No one will just give away a car, if they did you should really think about why it was that easy. Give these guys a chance for your business, I really think you will be as surprised as I was, if you don't like what they have to say, walk away, you know if you can afford it or not. But I can tell you from my experience there, everything was seamless, no pressure, and fair. Ask for David Stamp, he was my salesman, he'll point you straight.
