They do a good job and quick and their prices are reasonable. Just they don't clean up their mess in your vehicle after the repair is done.

Starting taking my old 1980 CJ 7 Jeep to Naples Battery & Alternator when a bad battery cable caused the alternator regulator to fail. Called them, guy told me to bring it in early next morning, I could sit & wait, fixed it for a good price, alternator worked great. Came back a few years later, when same alternator, belt slipping, by now decided I should replace it. Same scenario, came in early next morning, new alternator & belt, good price, worked great. Decided to keep this good thing rolling, had them replace the starter next, same scenario picked up same day. Still need much work done on my old jeep, will continue going to Naples Battery & Alternator, good work, good service, good price. Just plain like those guys.

I took my truck up there and they fixed it up for me in a minute. They are very reliable and I love their attitudes. They are super fun and I would go there again if my vehicle breaks down.

Guys at Naples Battery are honest and reliable! They are the most knowledgeable and most professional in the business. I have been using them for years and never had any issues with them. These guys take pride in their work and will always stand behind it. Good to know shops like this still exist.

Took my truck in and let me tell you i was very satisfied with this shop, great people and professional. And very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair. Took my truck to four other shops no one could fix it. Took it to them it was fixed the same day i took it to them. Highly recommend this shop dont listen to the other person that left a bad review. They are good at what they do.
