I would give this hospital a zero! My dad had a heart attack & they kept him here for over a week, yet on day 3 they told us that they would not do surgery on him. Every day they would delay his release for some small unexplainable reason. They would tell us the doctor would be in to talk with us but we wouldn’t see them until the next day. It’s not like they were running new tests, he had already had all the tests they offered multiple times within the first 3 days. It seems like they are simply trying to milk his Medicare for every penny they can. I am making a formal complaint against this hospital! They told my dad that his heart muscle tested viable but then they have let him sit here for 5 more days and have done nothing! I’m not impressed!

The ER Radiologist techs are very insensitive. They offer no assistance if you're struggling to lay on their equipment. I had to have an X-Ray of my stomach. Laying on what looks like a small flat screen television. I told them I had a bad back and they did not assist until they lost patience with me. The ER nurses were better.

I came here to Get labs over the lunch hour. I asked if there were techs available and was told there wereI have been sitting here waiting patiently but this was the longest wait I have ever had since I have came here to get labs. I am very disappointed in the process and the lack of staff they have to get folks in and out. Not to mention the lab parking is only for 30 minutes

Hospital personnel were great billing department was the worst experience did not get a bill after insurance paid until it went to collections then was called daily and treated rudely. Just moved to Kansas but won't use this hospital again if I can help it.

Currently I am being harassed for a billing that was paid on August 10, 2017 through my Commerce Bill Payer service. About 2 weeks ago, their representative conned me into paying twice. Later that day, my husband and I called them giving them the proof that we had paid the bill, but St. Francis had it applied to the doctor's side, not the hospital side. We thought everything was cleared. I am still getting nasty emails and another threatening letter. Got any ideas? They are relentless. I'll never go there again.

Staff offers a level of care consistent with people called to a vocation. Parallel to none in Topeka, from the food to doctors and nurses! This will always be my choice for healthcare in Tpokea.

Horrible! They nurses act and look like they where found on the street! Horrible horrible service and equipment. Felt like as soon as i got there i wanted to leave. Very unwelcoming. No knowledge of children what so ever. I'll never take my son here ever again regardless the wait at stormont.

We are leaving this family practice office after several bad visits. Each experience left no doubt in our minds that the staff is not concerned with the patient experience. Each time we told ourselves the office and staff were just having a bad day. At this point, 6 months later, we just have to come to the conclusion that it is poorly run and poorly managed. I would advise against choosing this particular practice.
