Everyone is giving this business 1 star ratings, but I’ve had a great experience with this company. I’m horrible at names (I’m sorry) but the gentleman that towed my car, I know his name started with a C (edit I think I remember his name was Clyde) he was very polite and professional. He made sure that my car and I got to the destination safely and even reached out to give me a suggestion to have mechanical work done with my car if I couldn’t find anyone else to fix it. I will definitely be using their services again if the situation ever arises. Thank you for your help!

Had my 2011 Ford Edge towed by them today. Was a little apprehensive about not having it towed on a flatbed. However, the gentleman who showed up did an awesome job explaining everything he was going to do step by step. Took his time to answer my questions and made it clear he's probably been doing this for a while. I appreciated being treated like I wasn't just another broken down car to tow. This guy definitly gave a damn about the quality of his work. Hopefully I won't need a tow in the future. But if I do I definitely won't go anywhere else.

I was told they would save me money and they did; they also guarantee their service and parts for a year after, which gives me an extra piece of mind. They were also quick with the repair (my alternator). I'm glad I went here and would definitely go there again; very friendly people

I've been dealing with this company for 2 years. When my car broke down, they came to help. They gave me am estimate to repair my vehicle, and it was a lot cheaper than anyone else in the area. The whole staff is awesome; professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had my truck towed there for an idle control valve issue Sunday. I already had a suspension issue on the front passenger sidejust that one side, and the suspension would still engage and level off. When I picked my truck up my air bag suspension as a unit would not engage or even level itself. The owner claims my truck leveled off fine when it left. The owner would not admit that something was screwed with and wants me to bring the truck back. I work and live in Raleigh and cannot come back. When getting my idle control valve replaced I was told a part had to be ordered. I called back 20 minutes later to tell them not to replace the part and I was told the part was already on and for me to have it taken off it will cost more labor. This shop will SCREW you DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
