My husband and I have been around the get ugly customs shop for a while, and known tank and Gina for a couple years now. On both a professional and personal level, these people are fantastic. They have a no bullshit attitude, and always get the job done. We have had NO issues with their polite customer service, and their upfront realism. They're always working out the best deals for those who frequent their shops, ensuring we recieve great service with each job.

On a personal note, my husband and I were stranded on the side of the road when his jeep was no longer road legal due to some issues we had up by uwharrie, NC. And tank was the ONLY person willing to come to our aid with a trailer to haul us to our destination, and even offered to pick us up the next morning and bring us back home. Gina and tank have become like family. They're always reliable, always good company, and 100% always honest. KEEP IT UP, GET UGLY!

This company is terrible, they do half assed, shoddy work, they ask for payment up front, don't answer calls and if you have a problem they'll refuse to speak with you or fix their mistakes.

I saw a man leave a negative review on their page and the owner of Get Ugly Customs responded to that review by threatening to drive to that man's place of employment to confront him AND his employer. What owner of a business does that?!

Also FYI if you leave negative reviews, the owner will block you from their Facebook page and then post on his own personal page to have all his friends leave positive reviews to drown out the negatives. No customer service and terrible business practices. Stay far far away!!

Terrible TERRIBLE service! You are better off taking it somewhere else. They do not put care into the work they do. They love to cut corners. Stay away if you want good service done.

Gina and Tank are awesome. Wish I still lived in Fayetteville because my Jeep needs serious help. If you do live in NC, these guys are the only place to go.

After being told to put my truck up they left it outside where it was totally stripped down.. Surprisingly the so called robbers did not cut the gate or do any damage to there property but broke my window stole my wheels and radio and totally destroyed my truck.. Gina the owner took no responsibility in it and I took them to court and won.. they have a judgement against them and still did not pay me back for there wrong doings. If this is the type of company you want working on your precious properties then be my guest.
