Great historic spot about five minutes outside Gettysburg for family pics and/or leisurely summer stroll along a beautiful stream and waterfall backdrop. A perfect location for picnics, wedding pictures, or summer hangout

Another wonderful stop if you are visiting Gettysburg. The are rope indentations left from the hangings (don't know what I'm talking about? Go and find out, the history is massive of course!) as well as the majority of its original structures.

One of my all time favorite places I’ve ever been to. This bridge is very unique. Beautiful and peaceful in the daytime but takes on an eerie feel at night. Lots of paranormal activity and people from all over the world visit to experience it.

It's pretty. It's supposedly haunted. There is a trail off to the one side that leads to an open area with this view of the bridge. There is also plenty of parking at this location on either side of the bridge. You can no longer cross the bridge on anything but foot. Do yourself a favor and look up the lore before you go. It will be more interesting that way.

We went to the bridge very early in the morning. It was beautiful and there were not a lot of people out there at that time. The sun was just coming up and we got some great pictures. I would recommend taking the time to see the covered bridge if you have time in your travel schedule. I always like to research an area to see what there is to do before we go. You will need several days to see the Gettysburg area. We were there when it was crowded, but they had a lot of reenactments going on.

Cool bridge, it's incredible to see the engineering that went into building this bridge, plus it's haunted! That makes it even more fun got some orbs on camera too

Out of the way from the main park, this little piece of history is gorgeous. Serene setting, nice hiking areas along the creek, and a pretty view of rural America make this an ideal stop during any Gettysburg vacation.

A beautiful bridge in a gorgeous area in Gettysburg! When we were there, ghost hunters were on scene. It was so interesting to talk with them. So yes, beware, as with many other hot spots around Gettysburg, Sachs Bridge is haunted!

A beautiful location to visit no matter the time of year. Try to go early in the morning or early in the day as it can get crowded at times and parking can be sketchy. It's rumoured to be haunted but I've never had to call Bill Murray during my many visits here.

A very cool bridge, the history is even cooler. We walked across it, took a bunch of pictures and read some of the graffiti. Some made us laugh, we saw a few dated in the 1800s, probably fake but still cool.
