  I have used Elite for hauling and clean out of garages for a year now. Muckey is a consummate professional, on time, reasonable rates, friendly and there is nothing his trailer can't haul. Highly recommend him and I will hire him again!

  I hired Lucky to do a junk removal for me. He showed up on time and got the job done fast, but he left a rather large wooden post in my backyard that I specifically asked him to remove. I contacted him letting him know, and he told me someone would be by to get it. I’ve reached out a few times since and am usually ignored aside from one other time when he said he’d come get it. I even tipped him for his work, and he still refuses to complete the job.

  Was easy to coordinate with- very responsive and communicative. The job was done right away (the next day) and he sent pictures to confirm. Also his prices were the lowest of the three quotes I got. Highly recommend!

  Lucky was very pleasant and professional. He was cautious about the electrical portion of the hot tub removal and researched before proceeding. Once this was resolved, he worked hard into the late night to cut it apart and haul it away in a few hours. He cleaned up after removal. I highly recommend him and the company.

  I really wanted to believe the best in Lucky and his company. After a few hiccups with scheduling, I still wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I saw so many wonderful Google reviews and felt he would come through. Unfortunately, he dropped the ball multiple times. On the day he was supposed to do the job, he was a no call, no show. After multiple calls, he finally called back (2 hours later) to say that his truck broke down. Understandable, but still call the customer to let them know. So he offered to come the following day. Fine. I believe in second chances. But the next day came and yet again no call, no show. AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and call someone more reliable. His lack of professionalism literally cost me time in selling my house. His prices are lower than others, but it's not worth the overall cost.
