The front office staff was very nice, the fingerprint lady was very nice. It was sweet to see the “honor and in memory” of pics statues and binders of fallen police police dogs. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ clean and efficient office.

One of my staff needed fingerprint to accept additional responsibilities at work, it has been 12 days since they took the fingerprints and they still have not been submitted for background check. When I checked this morning I was told it would be the end of the week at the earliest before they could be submitted.

Drove a distance to do a face-to-face inquiry, and was met by a lady behind the counter with poor customer service. The building is nice & there are Phoenix owned vehicles lined outside making the place look almost like a police precient. Inside, there's a cruiser bike and different visual aids that showcase the pride of Phoenix.

However, the customer service from the lady (behind the counter to the right upon entering the door) made me take my business else where. I was attended to as if I was bothering her internet browsing. No loss for me. As mentioned earlier, took my business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor. If you're seeking this company for your security needs, do what I did. Dress down and go there as a walk in. You'd be surprised how people treat you.
