I am do disappointed that I have to leave such a bad review, but I am so disappointed on the service.. we ordered through eat 24 app and had it delivered to Crudibles brewery which is literally 2 minutes or less away from one another. I know it takes a while to make everything but they posted that the order was it for delivery and it didn’t show up for 20 or more minutes. We finally got our food and we were missing our au jus to dip In our sandwich and our fries were cold. How is it possible that we are so close and our fries are cold. We called to see if they could bring our au jus and the only we response we got was “sorry were really busy” and hung up. Are you serious my boyfriend and I are great customers we come there often and have told tons of people about the food because it is good, but if they are missing items in your order they don’t care about it and they clearly don’t care to hear about it. They clearly do not care about the customers and how we feel. Still so disappointed about having to post this.

After not having the greatest service for them last night. They ended up reaching out to me to make sure I was satisfied with there customer service and food. Very surprised they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and a satisfied customer. Thank you very much and I will definitely order from them again.

I'm not a cheese steak expert, but several years ago I spent 3 weeks in New Jersey and Baltimore area. Was introduced to cheese steaks and fell in love with them. I've tried for years to find one that tasted like those. Had some good ones and some horrible ones. Was recommended this place and figured why not. I was not disappointed. This is the best one I've had since trying a real one on the East Coast. Talked to the owner and they're transplants from Philly. Their cheese steaks show they know their stuff.

I had a cheese steak to go. It was a good sandwich. Hot off a grill, good bun. The place is clean, well lit, they were friendly Open late (the weekend night I was there), I hope they make it, this is a great addition to restaurant lineup at this strip mall.

Experience tells me you will probably have to holler down the hall to get counter service in evenings tho.

I appreciate what they're trying to do here but I think they're just not up to the level of the Philly ya Belly Deli down the street. I don't like that their bread is toasted and the meat was barely seasoned. And no where can I remember ketchup being a regular condiment on a cheesesteak. I could be wrong about that, though.

I will definitely be back to give them another try because the more Cheesesteak restaurants there are in Snohomish County the better better, but my first impression wasn't great.

Amazing food and service. It's so hard to find a place that really excels in customer service. SU-Bees knocks it out of the park!!! Their sandwiches are fresh and bursting with flavor. One of my kids and my favorite places to eat good, fresh food! The owner and his staff are so welcoming! This business is such a great addition to our neighborhood!

Me and my husband Justin ate here for the first time. WOW!!! The food is amazing and the service was above and beyond! Everything was so fresh and tasty. Philly's were spot on and the fries were very good. If you enjoy Philly's Best in Seattle we just found its contender. You MUST try this place!!!

Recently opened. Easy to find. Plenty of parking, friendly, clean. And let me just say, wow! Flavorful, filling, not over kill. I can't wait to try the cheese steak fries! Will be even better when they have beer available.
