  Andy and his team at Cline Jewelers have an absolutely spectacular operation! From start to finish, the process of selecting an engagement ring was relaxed, easy, and Andy went above and beyond to make sure we found the right piece. The selection was daunting no doubt for someone coming in with little to no knowledge, but Andy made sure that it was never overwhelming. My bride-to-be absolutely loved the ring and I'll be sure to head back for more amazing pieces in the future. Thanks Andy and the Cline Jewelers team!!

  Buying jewelry, a lifelong challenge with significant anxiety at the thought of, then eventual, purchase. Rivaled only by the purchase of womens clothing in my 'rather be doing Anything but this' category. So it's been a life changing experience discovering Clines. The staff is always helpful and I never feel uncomfortable with them. The prices are reasonable. I certainly can't afford everything they carry but I'm never hit with sticker shock. Now if they would just start offer womens clothes.

  I knew that I was going to propose to my now fiancee, but I needed a ring, enter Cline Jewelers. A family member referred me to Cline and from the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost professionalism, while still being down to earth. I worked with the owner, Andy and he walked me through the entire process of designing a custom engagement ring. He worked with my suggestions and came up with a ring that has wowed not only my fiancee but everyone that has seen it. He was upfront and honest about pricing, gave me a great price on scrap metal and stones that I had brought in for trade. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, offering to text, email or call from his personal cell phone as to not arouse suspicions as he crafted the ring. If anyone is looking for an honest, no pressure, professional and creative jeweler, look no farther than Cline Jewelers and Andy in particular. I will absolutely be returning to work with Cline and Andy for future jewelry needs.

  The customer service at Cline Jewelers is in part what keeps me from returning! The staff is so friendly, courteous and takes the time to work with the customers. I have purchased jewelry from them; have also had them put batteries in my watches as well as size rings etc. I had one instance, where I had worn a pendant which had knot on this extremely thin gold chain. The knot was intertwined with the clasp so I could not get it off me. I went into Cline Jewelers to see what I should do to take it off and Ana Huenefeldt took the time to work with it while it was still around my neck. It was a very tedious job and it took several minutes for her to detangle it! She was pleasant all the while as she freed the chain from my neck. It is these small things which make this place and the staff so great! This store is my first go-to jewelers when I have any jewelry needs!

  I worked with Ms. Nancy on placing an order for an item of jewelry. She was very courteous and later in the day, called me to provide the tracking number and to thank me for my business. Quite excellent service !

  I had my wedding ring reset by Andy at Cline Jewelers in Feb. 2017. My experience working with Andy was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable in his profession and provided outstanding services. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a jeweler!

  I have been a customer of Cline Jewelers for several years and see myself continuing to be a customer because of the great products and services they offer. The staff is just wonderful. No pressure, just helpful information and ideas. Their selection is also very nice especially their collection of estate jewelry. Finally, I had them design a couple of rings for me and they turned out better than I could have hoped. I'm a fan.

  Cline Jewelers is a nice Jewelry shop in the heart of downtown Edmonds. They have a nice selection of new jewelry and watches. They have nice estate jewelry too! I first went in to get a $20 watch band fixed for my grandma and they treated me like I was buying a $10,000 ring. On my second trip back I asked Nancy if there were any affordable wedding rings for a working man with not much extra cash. She said absolutely and showed me a few options and didn't pressure me at all! I picked the first ring she showed me, and it is beautiful! My wife loves it! Nancy was so good to me! I really appreciate her and Cline Jewelers! I strongly recommend Cline for the next time you're looking to make a jewelry or watch purchase. Plus, downtown Edmonds is a nice area to spend some time. Thanks again Nancy!!
